Are you dumping your food down the toilet?
So many people walk around tired and exhausted. Trying anything and
everything to be able to function.
Here is some information that you can share with your friends and loved
ones so that they can improve the quality of their lifes.
First of all lets look at how the body processes food:
In the mouth the food is chewed and mixed with saliva. Saliva
starts to break down the food.
The stomach produces acids and enzymes that help break the food
into finer pieces.
The gall bladder releases bile which helps break down oils and fats.
The pancreas releases enzymes and other substances. These
neutralize the strong acids and enzymes in the stomach juices, so that the
small intestine is protected against being digested itself.
In the small intestine the final breakdown of the protein is done
by the good bacteria. The broken-down proteins, and the nutrients that the
enzymes have already broken down, can now be absorbed into the bloodstream
through the wall of the small intestine.
The large intestine prepares the left-over materials that the
body cannot use to leave the body. These waste materials have water taken
from them if the body needs it, or water added if the waste is too dry.
The small intestine looks inside like rows and rows of prong-like
things that are called villi.
The food is pressed between the villi so that the nutrients in it
can be absorbed into the bloodstream.
Good bacteria work in our intestine to keep the intestine wall
clean and break food down further.
Lets look at our environment:
Our water is treated with a substance called chlorine which is a
poison added to the water to kill all bacteria.
When we drink, bathe or swim in chlorinated water the chlorine
kills off all the good bacteria in our intestines and the cleaning crew is
lost.
When the good bacteria in the small intestine have been killed
off, the intestines become impacted with food that the good bacteria did
not get a chance to work on. Parasites and bad bacteria and moths can live
in the impacted rotting food. Molds like candida can grow and release
toxins into the body. The impacted food blocks nutrient flow through the
villi.
The impaction is a gradual process and you may not notice it
right away. You just start to feel more tired. You may eventually become
exhausted, not sleep well and start to crave sugar. Some people use
caffeine in the morning and during the day to solve this problem and keep
them going. This could be very harmful. The person can become increasingly
more exhausted.
When the intestine becomes impacted like this, the body looses
its ability to absorb food. It becomes a self-poisoning system with food
lying there rotting.
As you eat more food the toxic waste in the intestine mixes with
the new food and the body has to work hard to fight the toxins in the food.
You become very tired as the digestive process becomes a burden
to the body and requires much more energy to deal with this self-poisoning
system..
What to do so as not to dump your food into the toilet:
It is a very good idea to do an intestinal cleansing using
Intestinal Cleanse Formula #1 and #2. Then replace the good bacteria taking
products such as Living Matrix from Body Electric Inc..
[Editor’s Note: You can call them on (800)692-4736. Use priority code 4736.]
Also take an organic yogurt that cultures. You can test the yogurt
by trying to make more yoghurt. If the bacteria multiplies, you can make
more yogurt from the yogurt you purchased, and you will have bacteria that
is alive and will reproduce in your intestines.
Why you should eat plenty of raw fruits and vegetables:
Fresh raw fruits and vegetables contain enzymes.
These substances help to break down the food in your stomach.
One way of increasing the fresh fruits and vegetables in your
diet is by juicing them. Add Superfood to the juice twice a day. You will
see that improving your body’s ability to absorb your food improves your
energy.
Some people complain that if they eat fresh raw fruits and
vegetables they develop gas.
A great product that assists one is Super Tonic. It is great for
getting the Bad Bacteria, Parasites and molds to leave the body.
The next issue of our newsletter will give you additional ways to
increase your energy.
