[oxyplus] My ozone story
Some newbies said they wanted to learn more about ozone so here is my story.
- I have posted it before, so sorry to those of you who have heard it
already and sorry if it is more info than you newbies wanted !!!
I sufferred from intermittent sinus problems. I washed my nose at least
twice a day with warm salt water.
The nose washing dramatically reduced the number or sinus infections I got,
and made my over-all sinus health much much better but I would still get a
sinus infectionwith a cold.
A clean diet and vitamins all helped too.
Being an elementary school teacher, I was constantly exposed to viruses. So
I would probably get at least two colds a year.
I began researching oxygen therapies particularly ozone about 2 1/2 years ago.
I got so sick of having to rely on antibiotics to get over a sinus
infection! The more antibiotics you have to take, the more your overall
health deteriorates. Your immune system gradually gets weakened by repeated
courses of antibiotics.
The more sinus infections you have, the more damage & scarring is done to
your very deliate mucus membranes.
Then the more prone you are to MORE infections. It becomes a terrible cycle.
Last Oct. I had a sinus infection that was not clearing up and I had been
reading about ozone for the better part of a year by that time.
So in November, I bought my ozone generator.
Ozone is not legal in all states- that is it is not legal in allstates for
doctors to administer ozone.
It is legal in Canada and 10 states.

It is not possible in Calif.(where I live) to go to a clinic and get ozone
treatments so I bought my own ozone generator.
The ozone generator is an electrical device much like a battery charger
only it is charging pure oxygen into activated oxygenwhich is called ozone.
A great many people have their own ozone generators. Operation is simple
and effective.
All Saul’s generators are injection-standard medical machines.
I bought the Model 300 - it comes with oxygen tank, regulator, all
accessories, full instructions and a Lifetime Warranty.
Medical oxygen and welding oxygen are produced by liquefying air. It is
stored in the same huge containment tank and then small tanks are filled
from that.
Therefore, the welding oxygen is the same as medical oxygen.
So, to fill my oxygen tank, I go to a welding supply.
They have not asked me what I want it for but I was told I can tell them
that I have an ozonator for my hot tub (EPA approval for ozone for water
disinfection). They will fill the tank without questions, and charge
you about $15. One tank has lasted me 4 months.
The oxygen tank is hooked up to the generator.
The generator output gets a 6′ long piece of silicon tubing attached to it,
and then various attachments are put on the end of the tubing. Saul
includes a very neat adapter for inserting into the ear canal, a little
double-ended earplug.
The gas is run in at a slow flow rate, and diffuses through the ear drum,
then into the middle ear, into the inner ear, as well as down the
Eustachiantube, into the sinuses, and finally, into the brain. All the
while, the bloodstream is carrying it away, as well. I have done as many as
5 ear insufflations ( 5 min each) in a day but normally I do 1 or 2 for a
few days then skip a few days - then do one or 2 a day again. I just took
a 3 week "ozone break" where I did no ozone at all.
Many people insufflate their ears with ozone to help their brains functions
better and the sinuses get cleared upas a SIDE benefit!!
Ozone is beneficialfor your whole immune system.
Flooding the body with oxygen enhances health in so many ways, reducing its
habitability to viruses and bacteria, aiding greatly in the elimination of
waste and toxicity, providing enhanced alertness and vigor.
So far, ozone has been like a miracle for me - I am not kidding.
It is the best $$$ I ever spent.
It is true -there are alternatives to antibiotics!!
My ozone generator came with an "asthma kit" which consists of 2 plastic
canisters (called "humidifiers") linked together with apiece of silicone
tubing. They sit in a neat little plastic holder.
I connect one line from the generator to the empty humidifier.
The empty one is connected to the one with olive oil, and the humidifier
with the olive oil came with a line attatched that has a mask on it. I
breathe in ozone this way safely. The instructions say not to breathe it
in more more than 20 min. at a time. It is very relaxingand soothing and I
have to set a timer or I couldfall asleep!!
The directions sheet for the asthma kit say 2 humidifiers are used to
prevent oil frombeing siphoned back into the generator.
The first humidifier stays empty with no diffuser in it & the second is
filled 1/3 full with extra virgin olive oil.
I have a bubbling stone on the end of a tube that is used for ozonating
water only. Ozonated water is the greatest best tasting water!!! I am
continuing to do great with my ozone unit!
My ear insufflations and mask breathing are keeping my sinuses clear and
healthy. I feel wonderful!!!!
I feel like shouting when people are complaining of their infections &
miseries - "if you only knew"!!
Many people want the doctors to run their lives.
I realized about 4 years ago that I could not rely on doctors to help me.
I have been on the oxylist for about two years now.
I have read stories of people who recovered from incurable infections and
even cancer using ozone. There is a website if you want to readmore.
When I read this:
"The naso-pharyngeal area is often the site of chronic minor infections
which become acute in cycles.
Chronic sinusitis is probably one of the most common maladies of today.
The introduction of ozone into the ear canals can be of great benefit in
reducing such chronicinfections."
I got very interested and wanted to read more.
They were talking about ozone generators.
There seem to be two levels of ozone generators. The first is the under
$500 kind — they make ozone from "ambient air" or room air, and have some
nitrogen by-product. This is NOT what I bought, but it is
what most people think of when they hear "ozone".
The second type of ozone generators seem to be $1500 and over, use anoxygen
tank and are called "medical grade". Those are the ones that are usedfor
therapeutic application. This is what I had heard & read
most about and what I purchased.
Ozone is not a silver bullet, but it IS an excellent immunestimulator,
antiviral, antifungal, antibiotic and
increases oxygen delivery to all tissues. If the body can operate at it’s
optimal level then healing
can occur. Ozone helps to rebuild the system that nature naturally
provided, and that modern lifestyleand the environment has broken down.
I have nothing to do withany ozone generator company. I’m a 51 year old
elementary school teacher who has had 3 sinus surgeries and suffered
infections despite daily nasal irrigation and clean diet & many vitamins.
Ozone has helped me live infection & antibiotic freefor 7 months now!!!
