Hi.

I’m new to your group.

I joined because I hae seen many people with
eczema.

I had eczema for a year about 7 years ago.
I had gone to the clinic 3 times, and all they
told me was to get that cortisone cream, and
never mentioned anything about my diet.

Fed up as I was, I went to my local library.
I also said to myself, what have I been eating
that I never ate a lot of before.

Well, together with the book and myself, I

finally gave attention to what I was doing
wrong. First of all, I had begun a habit of
eating about 3 to 4 eggs each day. Then I
was also eating shrimps at least 2 to 3 times
a week. I tend to kind of get obsessed with
eating a certain food and I overdo it.

Well, I cut off all eggs and shrimps for a year.
But that was not enough at that point. I also
had to eliminate any food that had any type of
preservative in it. Plus I stopped all that
orange juice I was drinking.

It took a year to get rid of the eczema, and
it gradually went away completely. I can eat
all those foods, but I truly have to go slow
on them and never overdo it.

I also had psoriasis on my scalp, which actually
started when I began to dye my hair. I found
that tar shampoos really helped to eliminate
the problem.

Bye for now and hope that I have helped someone.

From Marie
