Hi…I’m a newbie

Wednesday, January 15th, 2003

Hi my name is Melissa, I am 22 years old and I am a SAHM to my 8 1/2 month
old son Vincent. I have been married to my dh for 5 years come this August.
We met in HS summer school what was my sophmore year. We have been together
now for 7 years. We live out in the country in Minnesota. I subscribed to
this list beause I have been an excema sufferer for the last 22 years. I have
spent thousands and thousands of dollars on dermatologists who told me that I
would just have to learn to live with this. I can’t….I can’t stand how
people stare at me in stores and restaurants because my skin is either scaley
looking or red and inflamed or oozing. They gave me numerous stereroid creams
and salves touse and they worked…until my skin got used to them and then
nothing worked. I am in the process of trying out Oxygen therepy and so far I
haven’t noticed any real changes but maybe I need to do it longer I don’t
know. Anyways I have been looking for people to talk to and maybe share some
ideas with so I subscribed to this list and it sounds exactly like what I’ve
been looking for.

Adult Acne! Help! Need Advice!

Sunday, January 12th, 2003

Hi! My name is John and I just signed onto your list. I am writing to ask
for help, or advice of some sort.

My daughter is 24 years old and suffers from a severe acne problem. It
covers mainly her back, chest, neck and face, and can become so severe it
pains to the touch. Some of the inflammations even seem cystic — large
and angry. She’s had the problem since puberty and can’t seem to manage
it. Of course, she’s been to several dermatologists. They first gave her
mild sorts of antibiotics, and it would help a bit.

They almost all want to put her on Accutane(?) but my daughter is firmly
against staying on such a strong antibiotic for such a great length of
time. (She has also stopped taking all antibiotic medications.)

My question is: are they’re effective, alternate methods for treating acne?

ER4YT-A

Sunday, January 12th, 2003

One message from the forum called ER4YT-A (Blood Type Diet For A):

I have been doing ER4YT for almost a month. Not all at once. Adding and
taking away some a little at a time. I also have Psoriasis. I started by
dropping
all dairy. I saw a great improvement, my psoriasis wasn’t as red, and seem
to slowly get better. I called my mom to find out what blood type she was
this
past weekend. She is also an A, I then proceeded to tell her about ER4YT.
She is somewhat a vegetarian. I also told her about my gettting rid of dairy
in my life and how it’s helped my psoriasis… AND, she told me that I was
allergic to milk when I was little, and the doc took me off milk. I couldn’t
believe my ears! I been killing my body and didn’t even know it! She never
told me. So if it wasn’t for ER4YT, and bringing this up to my mother, I
would have continued!

Aloe Vera Gel

Saturday, January 11th, 2003

Also, Aloe Vera Gel is a great skin preservative. For 15 years, I’ve been
religiously coating my body after very shower with straight Aloe Vera Gel
(I buy it by the gallon). And, people proclaim I look 15 years younger
than I am. In fact, I’ve even had to show some people my drivers license
to prove my age! Aloe Vera Gel has a whole array of nutrients and enzymes
that are great for your skin. When you apply the Gel to your skin, your
skin will flush (sort of like a niacin reaction). This causes the
nutrients from the blood to be deposited in and around the skin cells (and,
of course, waste material in the skin is also removed). This Aloe Vera
reaction also helps to build those fine blood capillaries that are used to
feed the skin. As we age those minute capillaries disappear and less
oxygen and nutrients reach the surface of your skin.

Lately, I’ve been adding a little MSM and vitamin C power to my Aloe Vera
Gel just before I apply it and I REALLY makes your skin soft!

Protease for the healing crisis

Dr.Saul Pressman answers on Healing Crises and Ozone therapy !

______________________________________

Dear Jim,

Yes, protease works wonders on all forms of the healing crisis. It chops
up long chain proteins that the toxins mostly consist of, making them
less and less toxic. This was explained to me by a biochemist at the
Dubai conference.

Since then I have seen good results with a couple of people.

Question about using ozonated olive oil for psoriasis.

Dear Nick,

The ozonated olive oil will help some, but in severe cases, you have to
do more. This includes colonics with ozonated water, liver cleanse and a
parasite cleanse.

I have been making ozonated olive oil (Nature’s Gift) since 1993.

Best of Health!

Hi Everyone,
I finally put it all together on this newsletter. Give me any feedback.
I’ll be sending it out to subscribers this week sometime.
Hope you are all well.

ECZEMA

This newsletter is a compilation of information via the internet, seminars
and research. The origin for many of the newsletters come from requests by
internet correspondents and clients. I have particular interest in eczema
and other skin diseases because over the years in my colon hydrotherapy
practice I have many who come in with them and are suffering miserably.
Eczema can drive people crazy because it ITCHES and people go crazy
scratching or resisting scratching. Some have a pus-like fluid leaking from

[alternativehealth] A Minerial Fact! Something th

Wednesday, January 8th, 2003

Here is a very interesting fact of life to share with everyone
on the list.

Minerals

Nobel Prize winner Dr. Linus Pauling one said that "one could trace
every sickness, every disease and every ailament to mineral deficiency."
While
Dr. Pauling’s rather profound statement can be traced to
the 1960’s, his bold comments were preceded decades earlier by the
words of yet another Nobel Prize winner, Dr. Alexis Carrel.
In 1912 Dr. Carrel wrote,"…minerals from the soil control
the metabalism of cells in plants, in animals, and in man…diseases
are created cheifly by destroying the harmony seiging among mineral
substances present in infinitestimal amounts in air, water, and food,
