Dearest everyone on this wonderful list……. I want to share my success
story,
I have had Psoriasis & eczema for 15 years, I have been on Prednisone,Skin
cap (which worked wonders), cortisone creams and methotrexate (sp?) welp
these all cleared me up pretty good (75%) but as soon as I would stop taking
them or using them my skin would get even worse.Then about a year ago I read
the book "eat right for your type" and I am a changed person.My skin is
clearer than it has ever been even on methotrexate etc. I really want all of
you to feel as good as I do !!!!I went to a naturalpath and found out I was
allergic to tons of stuff including chlorine, so I have a filter on my
shower and on my kitchen sink,this has helped considerably.ROSE>>I recommend

Just read some old posts and it seems that most people still don’t understand
where does gallstones comes from, so I am taking some time to make it clear once
again.

Standard Questions:

1. My gallbladder(GB) was removed, I did cleanse and I got hundreds of stones
out ?
2. I saw few stones inside my GB on ultrasound, I did cleanse and I got hundreds
of stones out ?
3. I am cleansing , and cleansing and still getting stones out ?
4. I never had gallstones, I did cleanse and I got hundreds of stones out ?
5. I had no symptoms of gallstones, I did cleanse and I got hundreds of stones
out ?

Dear Debra,
I have a 7 month old baby boy who had been diagnosed with eczema quite
some time ago. He suffered from it behind the ears, hairline and mainly
cheeks. I tried everything to help him get rid of it. While I was on
the allergy onelist group, I was told about flouride and it’s problems.
I NEVER would have dreamed that this was the problem. Sure enough,
after eliminating tap water (which has flouride in it, in my city
anyhow), and replacing that tap water with steam distilled water, his
eczema is GONE! I am so surprised and very happy some one told me about
this as I would have never associated the two.? It worked for me and
it’s worth a try for your child.
The distilled water is used for drinking, and I use it to make his
formula. As for bathing, I rarely bathe my son (doctor’s orders because
his skin is so sensitive)- I use regular tap water when I do and
afterwards apply a lotion all over his body to seal in the moisture.

I have had psoriasis for over 20 years now…also been coloring my hair for
about the last 15 years. I personally have never had a problem with the
scalp lesions being effected by the hair color…quite the opposite actually.
I will notice less of a scaling in the weeks after coloring. (this was
before I started using the shampoo below)

About a year ago a friend suggested Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Oil shampoo which
I have been using about every 3rd day..I wash my hair everyday…and have
found that using the shampoo keeps the plaques from building up and I don’t
have a problem at all with any sort of flaking which I had prior to using the
shampoo. I lather & let the shampoo sit about 10 minutes..it’s got a nice
tingly feeling….then rinse and use a regular conditioner. Someone told me
that there is a generic available for this shampoo at the beauty supply
stores but have not tried it.

Hi. First time posting to this list. Regarding help for psoriasis on
the scalp, first one should eliminate excess toxins from the body and
restore the condition of the intestinal walls to normal. Diet should be
improved with alkaline, easily digested foods (fruits, vegetables and
juices). Avoid sweets, white bread, fats, fried foods and alcohol.
Drink saffron tea.
Go to a chiropractor.
Get massages.
Take olive oil in small doses throughout the day.
Have patience and persistence and think positive. Rose.

Hi everyone,
I joined this group hoping someone could help me! I’m lookin for some Info
on roscea. Maybe Someone has some trreatments or different ways of treating
it. This is for a friend of mine that has roscea but has no acess to a
puter.She is currently gettin the laser treatment but she finds it painful.
So if anyone knows of a group that deals with this skin disorder or anyone
knows anything about it please mail me ..

I wrote awhile back about my son (2.5yrs) who has eczema. He is allergic to
milk, eggs and corn and we’ve eliminated those from his diet for months now, no
change in the eczema. (Although I think if he were eating them it would probably
be much worse.)

I’ve been giving him flax oil for at least 2 months now, no change. I recently
started trying to give him flax/borage oil gel caps and cod liver oil and the
eczema is getting worse and spreading over his body. It used to be just on his
wrists and hands but now it’s on his arms, legs, and more recently his face!!!
UGH!!!! We’ve used cortizone sparingly but it really doesn’t seem to do that
much. Maybe we don’t use it enough.

I’m starting to freak out. I don’t want to pump him with drugs but what
alternatives do I have? I also have a 1 month old baby and all of this is really
getting to be too much for dh and I.
