Hello! My name is Joe and I suffer from eczema, or so I’ve been told, and I know
a few things concerning this skin disorder, but not much, and I am hoping to
learn more on this disorder and preventiveness.
This is what I know about my this special pain-in-the-neck condition; it is
heredetary, no cure as of yet, it gets worse as you get older, many things make
it flare up, not contagious, and it sucks if you have it.
I am 25 years old, I am from LA, California, and i first noticed eczema on my
skin when I was ten, and it has gotten worst slowly. The parts of my body that
are mostly affected are the scalp and my face. I have been using Cortizone 10 on
my skin to relieve the itchiness and redness when I do get flare ups, and lots
of lotion for dryness. For my scalp I have used Nexxus Dandarest shampoo, it
works ok. Lately it seems the condition is getting wors, and I am interested in
learning more on this and what others do to prevent flare ups, I know I do and
don’t things that I should be doing, except I don’t know what they are, so I
would greatly appreciate any info.
Thanks,
JOE

Shirley, I like your approach to healing. I’m curious about the kelp baths.
Which kelp do you buy from North American? There are different liquids and
powders. Do they really help that much? It is very expensive. Thanks for
your help.
