I had some under my fingernails. It went away after I stopped eating excess carbohydrates and took some caprylic acid capsules to kill the yeast in my system. However, it doesn't seem to be able to help me. I have had this bout of eczema on my fingers over 5 months now. This is by far the worst and longest episode ever. My derm asked if I wanted to join the study group. I have been in the study for 3 months now. Twice during the study I had to get a shot of steroid (even though it is not allowed under the rules of the study) because my fingers are so out of control. I will continue with the study though. I have seriously thought of cutting off my fingers if that would help. This is so depressing. I’m in that study also. However, it doesn’t seem to be able to help me. I
