A friend of mine….

…….recently discovered that she’s reacting to wheat. She has had raw
spots on her face since she was two, and mild eczema between her fingers.
Two weeks ago she had the experience of being off wheat for 48 hours…not
intentionally, it was an accident. Within hours of eating it again, her
face burned, her lips were puffy, and the next morning, her fingers had
broken out.

I’m delighted that she’s having such success after years of embarrassment.
She had been doing an informal experiment for years trying to find the
culprit. I know everybody’s body is different, but I thought I’d just pass
on this info. The added bonus is that she’s taking off a few childbearing
pounds, too! She’s thrilled.

The odd thing was the spots on her face. They were raw, but not like acne.
They weren’t eczemic, either. it just looked like someone had

brillo-padded her face, all around her chin. Makeup to cover up the
embarrassment just made it worse.

ps: happy thanksgiving to all you Americans out there! We’re off to
Portland, Or, for a feast.
