If some of these links don’t contain huge amounts of text, is it possible
for you to paste that text here?

I often read my emails offline and in a DOS email program, so I’d have to
retype the links out.

(Some people laugh at me for still using the same DOS email prog after nearly
seven years, especially as it’s a now unsupported piece of software, but
they’re the ones for whom the love-bug virus et al autoruns :)

–Hi , about this cabbage.

I’m folowing the bloodgroop dieet, and as i am an O type its beter
not to eat cabbage.
This to avoid stressing my immuun system (psorriasis is an auto imuun
reaction)

Following this diet my skin slowly get’s better.
Its really complex all together, diet /suplements/amlgaam.

About Amalgaam, after replacing the 16th (after 4 years of no dental
work done) ammlgaam my skin really turned bad, and that was for me
the reason to get all the amalgaam removed.
Now about one year later my skin is improving again, so there is
hope.

I am a sufferer of seborrheic dermatitis( 10 years now). Now much as I
hate it, I have accepted that I have a chronic skin condition. So many
people don’t want to accept that they have a ‘disease ‘of the skin.
Most people accept that conditions like arthritis, diabetes, crohns
disease,( to name but a few), are CHRONIC conditions and are likely to
continue to afflict them for the foreseeable future.
However when you talk about skin conditions, which in fact are
diseases in their own right,a lot of people seem to think that there
is an answer. Reading some of these messages, it’s almost laughable
the solutions which are put forward as ‘cures’. This obsession with
mercury fillings is, I believe, a total red herring! If it works then
why isn’t it widely known??
Call me a pessimist , but I believe that we all are suffering from a
diseased organ ( skin), no different from a disease of any other
organ. I agree that some things can alleviate the condition and

Natasya,
Thank you for replying.
I just started tonight! I’m using Dr. Clarks.
She warns against drinking it quickly, but I”m getting tired and have
drunk half in an hour.
Guess I’ll go to bed and continue tomorrow.
I haven’t added the parsley water yet but will tomorrow.
Must g e t s l e e p . . .

Hi, just joined the list, been an eczema sufferer for about the past
ten years, since the age of 25. I had it before then just on my
hands, but now it’s everywhere, esp. my back and legs. I’ve been
reading the back posts and finding out lots of good stuff. Oh, also,
for about 5 years I’ve been going to a dermatologist for acne. Never
had it as a teen too much. It seems like sucj=h an odd combo to get
acne and eczema both on my face, but what can you do.
I agree with staying away from parabens, I now can’t tolerate any
makeup with them (which is just about all) and I’m trying to avoid
sodium laurel sulfate as well.
Look forward to getting more great info from the list!

Hi all,
Thanks for your additions.
I need to hear about all this.
I’m convinced that the plants on this earth originated from those that
are user friendly. You’ve probably got twenty weeds in your own yard
that can heal you. But you have lost touch with the awareness of your
own world. These plants have a consciousness and I’ve even drawn them
to my yard by asking them to come. They want to help us. Helping in a
mirad of ways for a mirad of reasons. I don’t think we are even aware
of what we are all capable of doing, knowing and being.

After all, when Uri Geller bent a spoon on a 60’s BBC show that went
national, Thousands of 9 to 11 year olds called in and said they had
done it too.

…….recently discovered that she’s reacting to wheat. She has had raw
spots on her face since she was two, and mild eczema between her fingers.
Two weeks ago she had the experience of being off wheat for 48 hours…not
intentionally, it was an accident. Within hours of eating it again, her
face burned, her lips were puffy, and the next morning, her fingers had
broken out.

I’m delighted that she’s having such success after years of embarrassment.
She had been doing an informal experiment for years trying to find the
culprit. I know everybody’s body is different, but I thought I’d just pass
on this info. The added bonus is that she’s taking off a few childbearing
pounds, too! She’s thrilled.

The odd thing was the spots on her face. They were raw, but not like acne.
They weren’t eczemic, either. it just looked like someone had

You told Julie not to drink distilled water. Can you elaborate on this? I
was under the impression that distilled water was more cleansing than
regular. Thank you.
