Can anyone tell me what all hydrogen peroxide does to the skin? Kill
infection? Does it also dry the skin or remove oils? Do you need to
follow up with a cream? Let me know please.

I was thinking about that before because I’ve noticed we get a lot of fruits and
vegetables from other countries.
(If you look at the stickers on the fruit/vegetable it will say where it is
from) I don’t know if it’s because we can’t grow good produce or (probably)
because it’s cheaper getting it from somewhere else. The produce in other
countries doesn’t have the same standards we have either. Scary!!!!!!

Hi,

I’ve been suffering from hand eczema (dermatitis?) since my
early 20’s (I’m 36 now). It doesn’t seem to be affected by
what I eat, or what products I use. It seems to be viral,
like herpes. I break out when I’m extremely stressed or when
I get sick. When I do break out (like I am now), it seems to
last 1 - 2 months. It’s really painful when it peels really
bad. Right now, it’s on my thumb, index finger, and middle
finger. I can barely bend my index finger because it’s so
dry and cracked. I’ve tried every lotion, ointment and cream
from the dermatologist, evening primrose oil, borage oil,
over-the-counter lotions and creams, even herpes medication
(aclycovir). Nothing seems to help. Can anyone give me some
ideas? I’m desperate!!!

Hello! My name is Amy and I joined the group for my cousin. Her son (her fourth
child) has very bad eczema. A little history. He is 18 months old, he was fine
until he turned a year(he was breastfeeding and eating solids with no problems).
He is covered from head to toe and she has to keep him covered in clothes and
cover his hands with socks because he will scratch it if it is not covered. She
is giving him a remedy that a homeopath gave her for him. He does seem to be a
little calmer at night which was a bad problem. He is breastfed and she has done
everything including the diets to see what he is sensitive to. It seems to be
about everything. He has started having these strange outbreaks with small bumps
filled with puss on his legs. It has happened three or four times now. She says
it is like a hundred or so on each leg. The first of second time it happened he
swelled so bad he wouldn’t even walk. This is kind of the short version and she
is just at her end here. She wants so badly to help him and the pedi seems
supportive but not really all that helpful. The homeopath is helping but she
just looking for others that have been through this. She has noticed too that he
