dear Rita
Dear Rita,
You ask what I think about acupuncture? Well I have it about every
two weeks - and to be honest it has not done a great deal - not in a dramatic
way However I think my sinus’s which were thick are clearer - and also I
am told tht my heart which used to keep on skipping about has steadied down a
lot. The eczema stays the same however.
I know that the Chinese herbal medicines are famous for being effective in
cases of skin disease which nothing seems to cure. However I do not have
any experience of them myself. Keep battling on and keep calm! Loe Jan

From my experience, I have have had short term success
with acpuncture and chinese herbs. I tried it for 3
months and for the first month things improved,
however I hit a plateau after a month and it didn’t
get any better. So after another couple of months I
quit. I have eczema on my feet (among other places)
and my doctor couldn’t understand how that could be
possible, it had to do with heat in the body.
I do believe in the philosophy though and would like
to try it again in the near future. Also my diet is
cleaner now so perhaps it’ll be more effective.
I am also doing something called Body Electronics. It
was created by a doctor named John Ray. He’s a raw
foodist and studied all kinds of healing modalities
and came up with this protocal. It uses the meridians.
It’s very interesting. I don’t know if I’m better from
it exactly or not but I do know that my skin is MUCH
better than it was when I first started in September.
I pretty much look like a normal person. I have also
been cleansing, exeercising, and take flax,
multivitamins and minerals regularily, which also
because a regular habit September.
Here’s a web site hosted by the doctor who wrote the
book that I have on it — www.d-w-m.com.
Blessings,
Shannon
