Thank You
Thank you for the welcome! I have used Aquaphor and it has been a
helper. I like to have it in my purse instead of the BIG mega jars
of generic Eucerin I am married to. I do think it is all internal.
I met a gal who had this for eleven years. A miracle happened for
her after she was advised from a lady at a chinese restaurant to
visit a certain eastern doctor. Well, long story short, after
acupuncture for one year, drinking a tea which was concocted
especially for her and following a rigid diet…it vanished. I tried
to track this doctor down but he moved somewhere in New York. When
she first went to him, he did not want to treat her, but after her
insistence he did. He didn’t want to treat her because he said
most "westerners" did not take his medicine seriously. So….what do
you think about acupuncture?

Hi, I’ve read your posting, and I find interesting
that story. Had you thought that maybe your friend
found a way to manage in an effective way her stree?
As you know, eczema, although it is a physical
condition, great improvements can be achieve by stress
management. In my case, I’ve picked a sport where long
sleeves and long pants are required; I am talking
about artial marts and I saw great improvement after a
couple weeks of training.
I know maybe this answer destroys the faith in the
miracolous eastern medicine (I relly believe in it
like 5 years a go) but after objective analysis I’ve
reached that conclusion.
Please Let Me Know what everyone thinks about this
idea.

Hello,
I believe that you are right about exercise and stress
management being a large piece of the puzzle. Marial
arts is a great idea because of the long pants and
sleeves. I am getting ready to start Jujitsu.
Unfortunately for myself stress reduction is only part
of the puzzle…..environment, food, and everything
else in my life up to now also plays a part.

Carisa,
Thank you so much for sending those documents to me. I read them all
throughly and learned a lot. They were also very helpful in
motivating me to eat better in general. A red flag came up when I
read about the yeast production. Many of the symptoms of this run in
my family, ie..panice attacks, skin troubles, anxiety, lactose
intolerance, and athlete’s feet, to name a few. I have a few more
questions for you.
What dosage do you reccommend for coconut oil for an adult and a 2
year old child to take internally?
Is ingesting coconut oil ok since I breastfeed my 6 month old
daughter(she has no eczema)?
Should I use the coconut oil topically also?
I read you reccommend coconut oil, 100% pure shea butter topically,
anything else I should try?
Is there another brand of cod liver oil that you could reccommend,
Carlsons seems very expensive?
Thanks for taking a lot of your time to answer so many questions.
It is much appreciated!!
Thank you,
Karena

You’re welcome! If a red flag came up for you about yeast, more than likely it’s
your intuition telling you that is the problem that needs to be addressed first.
Follow that little whisper that tells you where to go next.
Coconut oil is safe and it is a food, so you can’t really overdose. I would
recommend 2-3 tablespoons daily for an adult and just a teaspoon for a baby. It
certainly won’t hurt as coconut oil was extensively used in baby formula because
of it’s ability to nourish, be easily digested and control infections.
Using coconut oil and African Shea Butter Co shea butter should be fine, but you
can incoporate organic (only!) cocoa butter for a change of pace.
No, I would not recommend another brand of cod liver oil. The reason Carlson is
more expensive is because of the high quality and purity. With cheaper brands
you get what you pay for. You actually waste more money with cheaper brands
because the product has little or no beneficial effect because of poor quality
and oxidation or can do damage because of contamination with mercury or other
toxins. Always looking for the lowest price and easiest and most convenient path
is how Americans ended up in such poor health to begin with. Spend the extra few
dollars and you won’t regret it.
Good luck!

Hi Carisa
I have had severe Psoriasis for 23 years now and not until I did some diet
changes did I find relief for any length of time. I do use coconut oil both
internally and externally. I love it for my skin and it does help the yeast
problems. I make smoothies and put the coconut oil into them about 4T. I buy
mine from Tropical Traditions(not associated with them just like their product).
I also changed my salt to Himalayan salt for both external saoking and using as
table salt.
Changing your way of eating is NOT easy but once you do you are happy you did.
I have to be real careful when I have asthma attacks because the Docs want to
pump cortisone into me. It probably is better to breathe than have an outbreak
of Psoriasis. Once cortisone is out of my body the psoriasis comes out in
triple. I have been so covered to point of not being able to walk. The
dermatologist could only say "Oh my God". At these times I have taken
methyltrexate but only for 2 week period of time. Methytrexate can also form
fibroids in lungs which I certainly don’t want with already having a lung
problem. My last attack we did the cortisone but I think because of the diet
change the psoriasis got just a little worse but nothing like before.
I am rambling here but was hoping you’d send me your Flower of Wellness program.
Thanks Carisa
Celeste
