aloe vera
Hey it’s been quiet out, so I guess I will start off with something
You know when you are suffering with something you do all kinds of research
just to find anything that will help. So I ran across aloe vera. So before I
start taking it internally I just wanted to know if anyone has tried aloe
vera, internally or externally for their eczema.
Hopefully it will be good news

I hear great things about aloe although I haven’t
experienced it. Then again I haven’t used it on a
regular basis.
I can say that in January I took a large aloe leaf and
smeared it all over my body. I immediately started
itching and got a little blotchy (which is my normal
rx to….life). I didn’t get hives, but I was
uncomfortable for a while. So if you try it try it on
small areas…..
I do know that you have to make sure you are getting a
quality product. Some products have mere trace amounts
of aloe. There are places in Arizona you can order
whole leaves from, they are huge and for medicinal
purposes. Also if you are using a leaf don’t get it in
your mouth because it tastes BAD and takes a while to
rinse out.
