Shannon try 2000mg cal/magnesium for stress related breakouts
1000mg cal/magnesium twice a day really relieves stress related breakouts.
Perhaps because it restores the adrenals.
Glad to hear that you have found some relief, and
thank you for sharing your information. I am very
interesed in learning about your herbal formula.
I am a 36 year old woman with head to toe eczema.
Lately it comes and goes. I need something for itching
that is non-toxic. I am a mostly raw foodist, taking
flax oil, fish oil, multi vitamins and minerals, msm
(on and off), I exercise, and try and control my
emotions.
I have found that when I get "stressed" my skin gets
bad. For example last week was a "stressful" and
eventful week (I’ve had many highs over the past few
months, unfortunately what goes up must come down….)
and now my skin is bad. In fact I have a huge lump on
my leg that I figure is toxins and waste trying to
find a way out (I’ve been constipated over the past
few days). Yes my body has very strange reactions. I
stopped using cortisone (mostly) and my asthma
medicine last year and since then my body has been
detoxing.
I stopped using my asthma medicine because thanks to
my diet I don’t asthma attacks
anymore…..unfortunately my skin is not so easily
fixed.
Thanks again,
Shannon
