Hello, everyone I haven’t heard from you in a couple of days so I suppose
everyone is doing fine.

This past Thursday I had a dr’s appt. It was very soothing to talk to
someone about my condition without a look a disgust.

First of all when I left the dr’s office I really felt lost. I wanted a pill
that would change my life but did not get it.

Until I get the OK from my insurance to try this Ultra-Violet Light treatment
he gave me this steroid ointment named Triamcinolone Acetonide. As I drove
from my appt I put a little bit on my arm and guess what I felt better. When
I got home I put it on all over and within 24 hrs I felt at least 70% better.
But back to this UV light I was told that it has helped many people but there
is a chance that it would not work for everyone. And as I go in for the

take a look. I’m reading up on stuff for living off the land. check this
out.

Caterpillars: Generally, caterpillars are toxic, which is recognisable from
their bright colour or irritant hairs. Never handle hairy caterpillars; they
can cause serious long-lasting skin rashes. In Africa, the mopane
caterpillar, the larval stage of the moth Gonimbrasia belina is spiny,
hairless, yellow, red and black, 6-8cm long and found in large numbers on
the mopane tree. They can be eaten raw, sun-dried or cooked. Discard the
head before eating.

I ALWAYS played with the hairy ones when I was a kid. Ya think??

Hi Stirling

Do you think vinegar is a safe food for psoriasis sufferers? I noticed
none of your salad recipes contained vinegar.

The ACV is a potent anti fungal, perhaps that is the
basis of its action. Ancient history is one thing, the
murders that are going on right now are another. The
reckless murder of Iraquis, and Afghanis with every
device including high level radioactive waste, not to
mention Palestinians is small cookies compared to the
Mass Human devastation caused by Aspartame, a Nazi
biochemical warfare agent brought here in "operation

country at the end of WWII.

reading at the moment and going ahead for this diet.
So, Has anyone uses this book?

Would like to know from you all if they works on you. I know it might
not work or does work.

Take care
Glenda

Psoriasis is avoidable (check out celiac disease)

Saturday, July 17th, 2004

Hi ,
Isn’t it true that one of the deadly nightshades the potato has had a
lot of publicity lately.
Potato’s skins have shown a link to type 1 diabettes. Warnings have
been issued for pregnant mothers to avoid potatos. Dr. Green on the
network even advises don’t feed your babies or children potato chips.
And many other up to date (good) doctors are doing the same.
The fact potatoes chips have 900 times the content of acrylamide that
E.P.A. recommend. The nightshades are the reason for excess uric
acid. Etc. Etc…..
Also most important for you to realise Gluten has also been linked to
many ailments.
The condition most often associated with gluten intolerance is celiac
disease, the body immune system reacts to gluten in a specific way.
The intestinal villi are damaged, leading to a host of medical

Dead Sea

Tuesday, July 13th, 2004

I went to the Dead Sea in 1999 and my eczema went away for a year and a half! I
went to the water one, not the mud. Ahava is the official "dead sea mud company"
which is based in Israel. You may want to try their products:

Dear Maria,
Thank you for your interesting email about your various treatments.
I am touched — that my input was a help at any stage.

It is basically very important that however

Get together for yourself a regime which is as good
as one can manage.

Get together as much knowledge about the world &
about body-cleanse and body-care and pampering as you can.

As for our minds we have to remember that good common sense is free and that
