Dear Maria,
Thank you for your interesting email about your various treatments.
I am touched — that my input was a help at any stage.
It is basically very important that however
terrible the state of our skin we need to work and read to get a
philosphy-(what EVER you can muster!)
Get together for yourself a regime which is as good
as one can manage.
Get together as much knowledge about the world &
about body-cleanse and body-care and pampering as you can.
As for our minds we have to remember that good common sense is free and that
we must get-the-shit-out and never kid ourselves that way we get strength.
Why am I going on about this sort of thing? Well, when you think of it
in time you will be the best informed, most un-neurotic, happy and
extrovert person with eczema on the block! Then the skin
will clear up anyway. .. a bye product! After all the skin condition arose
out of negative
conditions — so if figures that it will go away due to positive conditions.
All my love to this group. Granjan

Hi Maria
Thanks for writing about your experiences, there are so many paths out there
to take? diet, drugs, detox, destressing (hmmmmm all d’s). So sharing
experiences really helps, when one is faced with a choice.
I live in the UK and have contemplated going to the Dead Sea on many
occasions but have never had the courage to go alone. I think your idea of a
group
booking is wonderful and would be very interested in going :0).
As for me, I have had psoriasis since I was 7 (am now 34) and have never been
totally clear. I am currently taking a detox pill called biofirm ( found in
most health food shops) and it has had amazing results, I have cleared about
50%. I am now making use of the nice weather here for the rest. However, I
know as soon as those horrible Winter nights draw in I will be covered again!
Anyway thanks again
Tracy

Dear Tracy,
Has anyone ever explained to you why skin diseases are worse in the
winter?
It does not altogether make sense does it? Love Jan

Hi Jan,
I think you give us the greatest advice ! The more I go on with my life the
more I realize that I have to get the crap out of it !
Negative thinking effects our immune sytem, and positive thoughts are what we
need.
Re: the Dead Sea, it is a most special place in the world, and I think everyone
should go at least once in their life wether helathy or not.
Everyone can use a period of rest and relaxation.
Maria.

Hi Jan
It is probably a combination of things, I am always more miserable in the
Winter and I don’t like the cold. But no on-one has really sat me down and
discussed my skin problem in great detail. I wish dermatologists had more time!
