Hello,
I am a vegan vegetarian and I’ve been a vegan for about 3 years. However,
I’ve had eczema all my life and my diet is extremely strict. I personally
cannot eat the following at all: wheat, dairy, meat (red especially),
nutritional yeast, soy, alcoholic beverages, coffee and I cannot eat an
abundance of starch. I have to give myself a colon cleanse at least 2x per
week. I own a gourmet raw foods cafe in Atlanta called "Everlasting Life
Natural Foods Market" and I eat mostly raw fruits and veggies. Seaweed and any
other green leafy veggie is good. I also supplement my diet with flax seed oil
and this helps tremedously.
Hope the above advice helps,
Tahmah

Changing Diet has made a huge difference to many people, . Pathological samples
of psoriasis taken and using a tissue plasminogen activator will show high
medium of calcium. What was causing calcium protease wasn’t known until
recently, Acrylamide. Once removing these foods with the trigger (acrylamide)
the difference is really noticeable in a very short time. Have a look at

Hello Tahmah,
With all this what is the condition of your
skin?…what’s it like right now (do you have any
eczema)?
Thanks,
Shannon

Hello,

stray off my very strict diet, my exzema flares up again, mostly on my hands.

Congratulations that your skin is clear. I am mostly
raw and have been since Jan 2001. My asthma is gone.
My skin is still an issue, but getting better every
day, and better than it has been in 15 years. I go
back and forth between 100% raw and not. One excuse is
that I start detoxing very bad sometimes, so I go back
to a little cooked to slow the reaction.
I look forward to eating at your restaurant some day,
thanks for offering a healthy place to eat!
Have you done any work with natural vision
improvement? I’m studying right now with Tom
Quackenbush, he teaches the Bates method. According to
his teachings we will never be healthy if our vision
is not good. The eyesight is tied very closely with
every other function in the body, especially the
brain. When I first heard him speak last summer, at a
Boutenko family event, I took off my glasses and never
put them back on (my eye sight was not bad enough to
be hazardous), now it’s better than it was.

Take care and good luck.
As Tom says, blink, breath, and sketch (move and
centralize)– the three keys to good vision habits.

Hello Everyone
Eight months ago, I was 70% covered in psoriasis, which I have had for 28
years. The recent flare up had been with me for over a year and I was beginning
to despair, hence me joining this site.
The following helpful advice from fellow sufferers has helped me tremendously
and I would like to share my success story with you:
1) I was adviced to detox my system, which I did. Using Biofirm detox tablets
2) Stirling Strauss advised a change in diet. I am keeping to a gluten,
potato and tomato free diet for about 4 days of the week (im sure a
full 7 days would benefit me more)
3) I used Ivar’s cream on the stubborn areas
4) I wash with avene products, which dont dry out my skin.
I am very pleased to say that I am now virtually clear, I still have a few
pin prick red spots on my knees, but quite frankly I can live very happily with
just those!
Thank you everyone for all of your help.
much love
Tracy

I’ve been flaring up and trying to go back to a more strict diet, I let
myself go for awhile…
Should we avoid potataoes?? what about sweet potatoes, or squash?

Hi Tracy,
That’s fantastic that you are winning, 28 years is a long time to put up with
psoriasis. With the compelling evidence against gluten, nightshade family it
would be best to avoid them completely. That way you are in effect detoxifying
your liver and kidneys by eating the right foods and avoiding the toxins. Those
Biofirm detox tablets must work pretty well, l myself would like to learn more
about them so l can tell others.
It’s now 5+ years now since l have had psoriasis or psoriatic arthritis isn’t it
so nice not to itch.
You have made my day Tracy l am so glad to be of assistant
yours truly Stirling Strauss

Sorry I’m not sure as I bought them in a British Health Food Shop called
Holland and Barratt. I think they are primarily a Danish product though.
