adrenals.

Tuesday, November 30th, 2004

Marla’s idea that there might be a connection between
skin problems and our adrenals- hence the improvement
due to hormonal levels rising due to my love affair. (Dare I say it?)
Has anyone researched this through endocrinology?
I shall go away and do some more research. J

Dear Mensagrrl
Please do not unsubscribe.
If you were seeking discussion about eczema there is plenty of that
here….even if you don’t approve of some of the ideas expressed.

From the many heartfelt pleas I have read — and from the sad stories
posted - to the truly erudite (rather than merely rude!) advice!

I feel that it is from the diversity and sheer variety of experiences
that the value of this website lies.

Just think what a miracle it is that we can share our experiences with
fellow sufferers from all over the world. We can try some things, or NOT!

I would be sad if anyone unsubscribed just because of the urine debate.

fasting, sex and urine

Saturday, November 20th, 2004

I now that this is going to sound whacky but my skin
problems have disappeared completely…….after two years.

1)Three or four time a day I wetted the leisions with fresh urine..my own
needless to say.
After about a five days the improvement started.

2) I had a problem with my pancreas which made me feel full all the time
As a result I did not eat…I just drank tea with honey and milk.
So I lost 18 pounds straight off.

3) I reunited with an old boyfriend - we fell in love. We had amazing
sex for about
ten days. We had a happy time, eating, drinking, walking, listening
to music

Newbie introduction and needing help

Sunday, November 14th, 2004

Hi,
I’ve been battling with skin disorders for the past 4 years, and I
recently turned to all natural products which helped a bit.Ghanean
black soap and shea butter has help for my acne and eczema. But
actually, my focus right now is not on myself: My boyfriend started
to have this skin condition that has gotten me really worried.

My boyfriend is very health and never had any health problems. He’s
had a sport injury about 8 years ago and allergic to penicillin.
That’s as far as it goes in term of medical problems. He has
beautiful healthy skin, no acne, pimples, or anything of the sort.

Recently, he started to have those dry patches on his hand. There was
only one, so i gave him shea butter which smooth it a bit, but by the
end of the week, his wrists, forearm, thighs(very close to his

I have eczema?

Friday, November 12th, 2004

I saw a dermatologist yesterday about some itchy bumps on my arms,
elbows, hands, abdomen, and legs. I thought that it might have been
scabies, but she surprised me by saying it is eczema. I don’t have
asthma or any allergies, and now I am developing this at age 28? I
wonder if she could have misdiagnosed it. I’ve read that scabies is
often misdiagnosed as eczema.

eczema and bad water problems

Saturday, November 6th, 2004

I just joined the group out of concern for my neighbors child. Kirk
has a bout of eczema at the rip age of 5. I understand it does run in
the family. The neighbors just built next door to us and we are
having problems with rain run off water passing by our wells from a
unconcerned farmer. I kept telling this mother to have the water
checked and to at least put chlorine down the well. They didn’t
listen. They’re water got real bad, and it was tested. Fecal coliform
and ecoli. I don’t know what the particle amounts were. They are
angry with me right now because I asked if they turned it into the
Dept of Health. They had the well water coditioned but NOT at the
source, but at the entrance of the water to the home. I have been
fighting this farmer for two years about this condition. It is a
major flooding condition. We had 14 inches of water in our basement
this last winter.
My Question? Is this boy suffering liver/bowel troubles and eczema

psoriasis? The lady at my local health food store recomended it and I was
wondering if anyone has tried it.
