fasting, sex and urine

I now that this is going to sound whacky but my skin
problems have disappeared completely…….after two years.

1)Three or four time a day I wetted the leisions with fresh urine..my own
needless to say.
After about a five days the improvement started.

2) I had a problem with my pancreas which made me feel full all the time
As a result I did not eat…I just drank tea with honey and milk.
So I lost 18 pounds straight off.

3) I reunited with an old boyfriend - we fell in love. We had amazing
sex for about
ten days. We had a happy time, eating, drinking, walking, listening
to music

but most of all we were in bed practicing Tantric techniques from
India.

4) My skin is now completely smooth and really beautiful. I never
thought it would happen.

By the way I am seventy years old.
I am going round the world in a few weeks time.
Good luck to all of you. J.

    want to hear about your
sex life. I will stick with Xango thanks.

I personally found your post not only fascinating but full of promise! I
know that when my sex life is full and healthy my skin looks great. And I
hope that I’m still going strong when I’m 70!

As far as fresh urine goes, it’s perfectly sterile as long as it *is*
fresh, and benefits from applying it topically as well as taking it
internally have been reported for years. If it works, that’s great.

    Bright blessings,

    Dear Cindy in KS
Thank you for your positive feed back.
Being 70, for me is wonderful, but I know there are people who are appalled.

    What are the alternatives?
There are plenty of people out there to tell one what should or should
not be doing. I used to worry about it, but not any more.
The subjects which I touched upon are almost taboo.
Interesting that.? Yet fasting has always been favoured
by the healing ‘experts’. . The use of urine is not new.
Having joyful , exuberant sex is nothing but good for mind , body and
    spirit.
Small wonder the skin improves. Love to you all. J

Crystal, where is all your negativity coming from? Don’t you have a delete
key on your computer? J was very clear with her subject header - "fasting,
sex, and urine" - if you were compelled to read it anyway, why do you feel
compelled to make judgemental comments that border on nasty about her
decisions and her choices? She’s not trying to shove them on you - why are
    you so threatened?

Hopefully wisdom *does* come with age - and also tolerance for diversity,
respect for the choices other people make, and kindness.

    Hi Denise!

Actually, the original poster was saying that she had applied her own urine
topically. I’m the one who mentioned ingesting it, and that was based on a
few things I’ve read about monks - Buddhist, I think? - who practice it and
are extremely healthy (of course, they live incredibly health lives
anyway). I also remember reading in a book called Yuck! The Encyclopedia
of Everything Nasty (my 7 year-old’s favorite book ;-) that urine is
completely sterile when it first exits your body. After that bacteria
begins to form and it begins to break down in other ways. I, too, share
your thoughts about urine being toxins that our bodies choose to get rid of
    - I did a quick google search on urine therapy and came up with a few

interesting links which made evident to me that there are allopathic
physicians as well as alternative practitioners who take strong stands on
both sides of the urine therapy fence.

Anyway - if it works for someone else, more power to them! I’m sticking
with my green tea and grapefruit juice <g>

    Bright blessings,
    Cindy in KS

give me a break. this is inspiration. i hope that in

  15. Sebastian Ball Says:

Urine therapy has been used by many ancient societies.
I was in Hawaii a few years ago and stepped on a sea
urchine — the locals told me to soak my foot in
    urine…..it worked. tweezers did not.

  16. Sebastian Ball Says:

Crystal must be in her 20’s.

  17. Marguerite Kevin Says:

Good idea to just say no to drinking urine. Also though applying it to the skin
is not much different (except it bypasses the liver which could be good or not
as the liver is our chemical filter)
otherwise if it is absorbed into the skin it is absorbed into the bloodstream
    and body.

The ph (acidity) of the urine may cause initial antiseptic properties but you’d
be much better off with witch hazel

I have to side with Crystal, I joined to try to
hear some discussion on treating eczema & this
urine thing keeps getting thrown back & forth.
It’s one thing to say you’re trying this & it
works. But I don’t care for the list members
slamming each other for what they do or don’t
think is right. I’m unsubscribing. Then you can
talk about ME & my intolerance all you want.

Look, I dont want to hear about urine and sex more

lets be open minded people! We know that for many of
us eczema is a great issue… great measures for great
    problems.

Let keep all of our opinions as objective opinions.

If you know how many crazy treatments I had heared for
treating eczema… this is not the oddest.

Yeah, you got a major point there, but if you compare
it with homeopathic medicine, this is the same
thing… a treatment that reason and common sense tell
    you that it wont work…

I think constructive criticism, like your warning,
    should be encouraged.
