I have a case of on-and-of-acne. Usually on the sides of my face. I tried all
possible and impossible remedies known to man, but it was’nt really helping.I
cut out sugar completely, I don’t know what fried food tastes like anymore
having given that up and I stay clear of meat and seafood. I drink plenty of
water. Still there was no respite.

After more research, I tried Solaray liver cleanse capsules some months ago and
I am so relieved that I haven’t had a single breakout since last October!!

Also, Ivar’s samples were the only external application that worked for me and
in two ways:

1. They reduced inflamation instantly everytime I felt a new boil coming up.
2. They significantly reduced the size of those annoying little whiteheads, atop
me nose, within a day of using it.

I still have scars from the ravages that afflicted the sides of my face.These
will fade completely in some months. I think I will order Ivar’s cream; it
really has been the only thing that has worked externally.

I now realize that everyone out there has a cure that one has to discover for
oneself. Each one of us is different even if we suffer from the same symptoms.
What works for one may or may not work for another. I also read somewhere that
prasites in the tum could cause skin breakouts so investing in an appropriate
cleansing formula would work.
