Psoriasis and Cellulits
I have had an ongoing battle with psoriasis since I was 7 and have had
periodic bouts with cellulits since I was 25. I am now 48. Psoriaiss
breakouts on my left foot in particular cause small cuts either from
psoriasis calluses or any small scrap around the ankle.
This year I have had several outbreaks. I know I am overweight, been
under an unusual amount of stress, have not slept well, have not been
eating well and have had great economic hardship than normal. I have
not exercvised very much the past year in part because of depression.
The one plus is that I am very focused on God.
I looked through the website and am confused which of the many areas
should I focus on at first.
