I’ve been a little busy , so I haven’t had time to post. My
neurodermatitis is relatively under control, and (heaven help me)I
see a dermatologist on October 20th. What little experience I’ve had
with doctors, has made me feel negatively about this profession.
Having been battered as a child/teen/young adult has made me
uncomfortable around authority figures( often those in uniform). This
is something that’s been difficult to explain to my husband. Forgive
me for rambling, but this is something that’s been on my mind for a
while.

has anyone experienced or heard of flare ups as a result of being on the
pill? I heard hormones can be a factor so I was wondering if there can be a
connection?

My 7 month old has an eczema like rash on his face and has had it
since around 2 months. I have been using over the counter
hydrocordizone cream off an on and it really helps. In the last 10
days I have stopped using the cream and started using All Free and
Clear with all our clothing and I have taken dairy out of my diet
(breastfeeding). The rash isn’t gone but it is doing good for 10
days without the cream. How do I know if it is the dairy or the
detergent that is causing the problem. The eczema seems to get
worse at night. Would dust mites cause that? Also, he is going for
a well baby check tomorrow and wondered about vaccinations. He has
been vaccinated up to this point. Should I not get some
vaccinations tomorrow?

if it lasts for one more week I think we are in the clear as long as
we never stop buying it…I am so happy for my little son. I wish you
all this kind of success :O)

Just wanted to let you guys know that since starting his juice
therapy for toxins and anxiety among other things he has been dumping
like crazy and evidence of toxins and infection coming out…he added
his 4th new food…boneless skinless chicken ….yeah!!

Yes hello, I am from Australia and have eczema or atopic
dermantistis, I am now
27 so as you can imagine I have used just about everything I can find
on the
market. I have used the Ego products before, they are ok however I
did react to
the ’stronger’ cream that they have (in has a yellow & grey label).
Always be
careful when first using a product for the first time, esp. on kids,
test it out
for a few days first on their foot for example.
The product I have had the most success with is from a brand called
QV or Queen
Victoria and I am not sure if this is only available in the UK &
Australia

Has anyone here heard of EGO pharmesuticals our of Austrailia? They
have been around for 50 years but do not sell directly to the US. you
have to go through an online pharmacy. I have just recently ordered
some of there products to try.

My 3 year old suffers from AD and we have exhausted the medical
realms of our Kansas area. Elidel, Protopic nothing works to control
it.. I am tired of the dermatoligists telling me there same old stuff
about Dermatitis, and I am tired of no one trying to seek something
new.

So I am going to try myself.. I will let you know how it works. if
anyone has tried EGO brand lotions, creams, washes ect.. pleasse
could you let me know.

We have two products.. the pure shea ingredient which is
excellent in concentrated spots.. and the solid lotion bar…
fluid lotions have a main ingredient of water… we don’t
‘dilute’ our ingredients…

I was just diagnosed with a staph infection, mainly on my legs and
face. My doctor prescribed an antibiotic cream and and oral
antibiotic. Two antihistamines are helping treat my neurodermatitis
as well. Both conditions are healing nicely, and i hope all my
friends here are also doing well!

My husband and I have a young son with special needs, and we’re
trying to break one of his habits. He tears up cardboard boxes and
magazines, then puts the pieces in his ears and mouth. Has anyone
else come across across a child with this habit? If so, how was this
habit broken? Any input would be greatly appreciated!
