They continue to send you a bottle each month and charge your credit card for it. They're counting on the fact that most of us will let it slip and get charged for additional bottles before going through the (typically complicated) process of cancelling the subscription. It would be better net-ettiquete if Don would admit that he's the vendor rather than implying that he is just a satisfied customer. It’s like the "free" magazine issues. They continue to send you a
