what to eat?

Saturday, May 14th, 2005

Good day! I am so thankful to have found this site. I am Cherry
and i’m 32 years old from the Philippines. I’ve read that eating
raw fruits and veggies are good for people with psoriasis.
Please help me decide what good fruits and veggies to eat for
breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner…..does that really mean I
cannot eat pork and fish? I’ve read from other posts that they are
following the meal plan of Dr. Pagano….can someone share me
how to eat right and what to eat? Thank you very much!

nibble alligators

Friday, May 13th, 2005

Hi,

I think I’m on to something with my "nibble alligators" concept. Sure, it’s
slightly more aggressive than the fish, but I guarantee your psoriasis will
completely dissappear 100%…….

Help for a newbie

Tuesday, May 10th, 2005

Hi everyone,
I am new to the group and would like to share my story and receive
advise or ideas.

I am a 42 yo female in good health. My diet is not strict, actually
I’m not even on one but I don’t think that I eat very bad. My husband
and I cook all of our meals at home instead of going out. We try not
to eat too much fried foods but we do have them about once or twice a
month. Most of our meals are grilled, baked or boiled. We eat a lot
of baked fish or chicken, not much red meat. We don’t eat much sugar
and sweets.

I have had nice skin all of my life and good health. Three years ago
I started feeling feverish every single day, this feverish feeling
lasted for several months but when I would take my temp it was either

Has Anyone Used Raptiva?

Friday, May 6th, 2005

I started Raptive some five months ago. It cleared to psoriasis
that I had, but seems to have triggered more lessions. However, my
Dr wants me to carry on with the injections. I also obtained a 2nd
opinion from another derm, he said the same. Has anyone else tried
this and had similar problems

Pushing products

Wednesday, May 4th, 2005

While I feel it is important to not PUSH a product; we are not going
to be able to help eachother without sharing what is is we used. Like
the one my son used to overcome eczema for …I think 9 weeks now…I
lost count..>LOL. I bought it through an MLM. Sure I took a chance.
It is worked for a variety of reasons. It is a powerful anti-
inflammatory and has 2 cox inhiboters (also used for asthma and
allergies by the way) from a natural botanical documented by medical
science. Not a product just formualted to make a buck.

So it dosen’t just disguise a problem. It has helped my son rid the
body of infection that he had no other sign of having. When that
happened his eczema cleared up. It also has an anti-acne xanthone in
it. It gets to the root of the flareup. This is why I think that
Ethan has not had a flareup for 9 weeks now. The product has helped
Ethan in other areas as well.
