Cigarettes is the most difficult addiction to kick. Worse than Heroin. Problem being that nicotine is the only drug that gives the exact same pleasure every time. And besides being addicted to the nicotine there are dozens of other toxic chemicals involved. There are lots of cleansing on the curezone site. I don't know if there is a recommended one for nicotine. I usually just do the 24 hour Olive Oil / citrus cleanse twice a year. William, Nuhhhhhhh uhhhhhh....
