		<description>Henry,
Here is the natural acne program. Since your acne isn't that severe, you should
see excellent results in a short period of time in addition to the overall
health benefits. I am always revising and updating the program, so keep your eye
out for an updated version on the group message board. Let me know if you have
any questions.
Carisa

Hi Carisa, I was wondering if you could send me your steps, or regimen.
I actually have suffered acne for the most part of my teen years, but don't seem
to have that much acne now. I drink allot of water and eat allot of vegies. But
I get blemishes occasionaly,
please send me your advise, if it's not to much trouble.
Thanks in advance

and your organs can be clogged and operating way below their optimal level of
functionality. That was my case. Very fit body (used to be a personal trainer),
felt fine, but my liver and colon were not healthy. Only by healing the whole
body and using the right topical products did my skin finally clear.
Another important thing you must remember is to stay away from inflammatory
foods. They will only aggravate your acne. Inflammation is now thought to be the
root cause of acne lesions. I have attached a list of pro-inflammatory foods to
avoid. I also attached a list of anti-inflammatory (antioxidant rich) foods that
you should eat as much as possible. Coincidentally, following this list will
also ALKALIZE your body and help correct an overly acidic body condition. Good
luck, be patient, and be diligent!

		<description>Carisa,

From my own personal opinion and experience, I think you are SPOT ON! re:
unhealthy and congested internal organs etc.
It's thought that the condition causes rosacea but there is ofcourse, as
with most health issues, great debate on that one.

Still if it works for some people, then so be it.

I am interested to read the lists that you sent to Sid. Would you please
email me privately?

Thanks in advance!!
Jo.

<description>Bells rang when you said, 'my face looks like a tomato'.
Plus you have pretty bad acne at 25.

Have you thought about rosacea? Sub-type 2 rosacea in particular.

That's what I had and I used Tea Tree Antispectic Cream and that cleared it
up fairly quickly.

Thought I'd mention this to you as it might be of help (though might not).

All the Best,
Jo.

has this diet/program worked for you?

<description>I have tried Proactiv solution in the past as well as every (literally EVERY)
other acne product out there. Rarely do they work for stubborn acne. I will send
you my acne protocol that will teach you how to address the problem from the
INSIDE out. Acne is a systemic, inflammatory disease aggravated by toxic buildup
and poor liver/gallbladder function. Please let me know if you have any
questions about the program.
Carisa

Hi ,
i suffer from severe acne and have tried several
things out. Has anyone tried proactive before ?? was
wondering if i should try it out.
kingly let me know what you have experience. thanks

<description>Soooooooo true. My daughter had a kidney infection last week so I forced
her to drink water constantly.... she was taking in about 10 12 oz. glasses
every day. In two days, the roughness on her elbows and knees was gone and
her face cleared up from the two (very small, but devastating - LOL)
blemishes. In addition, I am trying to lose weight, so this post about
water has come at a good time: to remind me of how important water is....
and the extra benefit, weight comes off more easily!

Hugs,
Leann</description>
