my cleanse

Last night i did my annual Fall cleanse. For years I’ve done this in Spring and
Fall and only my first one was as rough.
I did pass 3 gallstones though none crystallized. The greatest thing is first,
the Olive Oil Liver Cleanse is cheap and easy to do, second the next day I feel
great!

Over the next week and months you see brighter eyes and skin, and better
sleep/energy levels. You can also get rid of bad habits or cravings with a
cleanse.

Be well!
Denise

I am new to the list and feel like I am coming in the middle of the
conversation, but I, too, would like a copy of the anti-inflammatory food
    list. Thank-you, Jo Ellen
