Are you sure that’s not fungus? If not you could have a vitamin deficiency.
Try a vitamin specifically for hair skin and nails.

    Hi:
I have this and it has been dx as pustular psoriasis. Not only does it
affect the nails, but it has spread to the palm, fingertips and the heel
and toes on my feet. Originally, I was being treated for fungal because of
the way my nails and toenails looked, but the dermatologist did a scraping
and looked at it under the microscope as said it wasn’t fungal. In some
people, whose nails are affected they also may have psoriatic arthritis
which is a different form of arthritis. My doctor wanted me to start light
treatment, but I decided I wanted to wait and see if I can figure out what
triggers it, especially when it is flaring up. I am going to try
eliminating wheat from my diet with the help of a nutritionist. The
dermatologist didn’t think it would help, but I want to try anyways. Jo Ellen

old lil girl suffers from severe eczema. So far I foud it all food
related. She is allergic to eggs which is a main trigger. Yet so are
dairy products I am finding out. It drives me crazy when I here here
sratching while sleeping. I am at my wits end. I really feel bad for
her. Any suggestions to help my lil one.

    alyssa,
i am finding that my eczema is pushed along by dairy and eggs as well. and
it doesn’t have to do with pesticides or hormones because i eat organic eggs
and drink raw organic milk which is far better for you than anything
pasteurized (assuming, of course, that it’s not contaminated). there are ways
    to
reverse food allergies. this may be my next step, try doing some google
    searches on
it, but in the meantime, keep those foods away from her!

She cant even eat organic eggs. I have a family farm and no hormones
for our chickens yet it still affects her. Organic eggs and dairy
should not have pesticides or hormones ingested into the animals.
She is getting better. I started using a product made by convactec
called Aloe Vesta Protective ointment and it seems to be helping.

I’m so sorry to hear about your dd.
The only topical cream that helps my dd is pure lanolin. I buy it at Whole
Foods or Wild Oats. She smells like a sheep, but it helps.
Most people find some kind of combination creme that works for them. You have
to try lots before you find the right combo.

olive oil or cocont oil, theyre alot cheaper than all the cosmetic stuff, try
vitamen e too, because it will protect the skin. Calendula cream is great too,
    a little more expensive. . .

Try juicing carrots for your baby. My son has suffered for 7 years since age 4
and this is the only thing that has ever helped the itching. I usually mix it
with apple juice to make it tastier.

maybe - didn’t research it but a chiropractor advised it and it is the only
thing (after years of doctors and different ointments, cremes and steroids) that
    helped
