Do you know for certain that you have an allergy to the demodex mite? Most
people, if not all, have these mites living in their skin. They don’t cause any
problems unless you have an allergic reaction to the mite. It’s kind of like
being allergic to dust. It’s the droppings of the dust mite that cause the
reaction, not the mite itself. I don’t see the logic in using an ointment to
kill off the mites when they are sooo contagious. The first time you have skin
to skin contact with another person or their hat, towel, whatever, you’ve got
mites again. The best thing to do is follow a diet and skin care regimen that
will strengthen the immune system and the function of the skin organ. Using an
ointment is only a bandaid solution to the real problem, which is immune system
dysfunction. Acne and rosacea are nearly unheard of in regions where people eat
a traditional, native diet that is appropriate for the human body (pacific
islanders, etc) and that supports a healthy immune system.
I suppose if the idea of bugs crawling in your skin gives you the willies, you
could use the Dr Clark zapper to kill them on the spot with one treatment. I try
not to think about all the little "thingies" that call our bodies home. Yuck!
Rosacea can be caused by so many things. It is best addressed with dietary
modifications and using very pure skin care products (Miessence,
Terressentials). The fact that the Demodex company won’t disclose any of their
ingredients is a red flag to me. If they have a proprietary formula protected by
a patent, then they should at least list the base ingredients. Often it’s the
base ingredients that cause all the problems.
I can send you my natural skin care protocol if you like and that should help,
at NO cost. It’s mostly diet changes that need to be made. Let me know!

I agree. Not listing the ingredents makes me suspecious too.
As for the parasite, I’m aware we all have them. Other then stress and anxiety,
I can’t understand why these sores last so long, sometimes months. I can handle
some, but sometimes there are many and I’m 46. Go figure.
Yes, you can send me the info you have. I’ll look it over.

Rose,
If you’re sincere about wanting to help others, and not just trolling

Hello,
Has anyone tried a liver cleanse??
I have the recipe for a liver cleanse but i was
wondering if there are any ready made kits out there
and if anyone recommends any specific one.
Also, if you could tell me what your experience has
been with the liver cleanse and if you saw any effect
on your skin and acne..
thanks much.
The Dr Clark liver cleanse is by far the best. Follow her protocol to the
letter. If you suspect you have large stones, try using malic (apple) acid and
gold coin grass for several weeks before your cleanse. They help to break up and
soften stones and make them easier to pass during the cleanse.
thanks for replying Carisa. Dr. Clarks recommends that
the liver cleanse be preceeded by the parasite and

I had eczema recently and started looking for natural remedies. I
started taking scott’s emulsion (contains cod liver oil), eating
sardines and mackerals, (for omega3) started taking kefir (probiotic)
and did a liver cleanse. My eczema is very much better now. Not a
scientific study as I am looking for a solution not prove a theory.
hi sid,be careful which ones you try.some are no more than dirt put in a box,i’m

hi sid,i am not doing anything for my skin right now.i have psoriasis as well as
acne.my drug plan ran out allmost 15 years ago, when i was covered under my
father.at that time the derm. i was seeing said we should try and clear up the
psoriasis first.what a mistake that was!it only gets worse year after year and
although my acne isn’t as bad as it was i still have big flare ups on my
back.although if we would have tried to clear up my acne,it maybe all gone?
i am fortuneate that i can hide most of my skin problems.i’ve meet others who
can’t,but sometimes its better having them up front instead of surprizing

I’m new to the group. I joined so I could share my sucess on treating my rosecea
with you. A month ago I started taking msm, the liquid, this is by Dr Jacobs who
discoved it. It nasty tasting stuff but it works on sore bodies and the side
effect was it has cleared up my rosecea. I also used the lotion on my face, one
time. Its good on any sores and skin stuff you might have going on.

certainly MSM is helpful to the skin and connective tissues, but skin that has
so many conditions going on at once is trying to TELL you something. The skin is
an organ of elimination and is a window into the health of your other organs and
your immune system. Doing some major internal cleaning as well as removing
toxins from your household and nourishing the body with nutrient-dense foods is
the only real way to find relief. I will post my natural skin care protocol if
you’re interested. It doesn’t require that you buy any expensive creams….this
is not a sales pitch. Just help.

I am also fairly new to this board, and have already learned SO much! (and
have yet so much MORE to learn! lol) I signed up for this board originally
because my daughter (6) has alopecia, and I was trying to find some sort of
"natural" remedy/aid for her. Conventional medicine hasn’t really seemed to do
much
good.
Thanks again!

The doctors say that scratching psoraisis makes it
much worse. Have those of you with psoriasis noticed
that scratching or not scratching has had any
noticeable effect? I haven’t ever successfully
stopped scratching, it seems like those big scaly
flakes need to be scratched off, and even when i try
to stop, it is so itchy i scratch unconsciously. It
just seems like i would still have psoriasis whether i
scratched it or not. But if it really makes a
difference i would really make the effort. what do
you guys think? -maya
Scratching is definitely bad for psoriasis or any skin problem — only
spreads the disease to healthy skin.
The best way to deal with the flaking and itchiness is to bath in dead
sea salts. While bathing, you can gently rub your hand over the
patches, removing the scales. The salts will also sooth the itchiness.
you are right.moisture therapy is also a good help.i use zinc oxide cream before
bed.after my shower i use olive oil.this combination has reduced my flakeyness
in half.which means less vacumeing.i still have all my spots, but its the flakes
that are the worst part about having psoriasis i find.

Just put msm in your search engine. You’ll come up with all kinds of info. I
picked the Jacobs advertizement because he was the one that invented it.
I take it ever day, it helps with sore muscels, I put it on a sore that was slow

HI,
I was just going through my emails and noticed this. Does it work on acne and
what is msn? I suffer from eczema, and acne. How do I get it and can you get
samples or money back guarantee? Thanks a bunch

Thanks Carisa, for telling me know what msn is!

1)WE should really really really stop referring to
Methyl-sulfonyl-methane (MSM) as MSN (microsoft
networks.)
2) MSM is purported to aid the absorbtion of OTHER
substances through the skin, rather than to be
absorbed itself.
