coconut milk?
I was able to find coconut milk in the grocery store. Is it beneficial in
this form? What is the difference with coconut oil? I put some in a beverage
today. But wondering what else I can do with it? and what form (lotion
maybe?) would be best used to apply right to the skin? Thanks.

Coconut milk is good, but it is a processed product. There are a couple
tablespoons of oil in a can of coconut milk. It is really delicious in
smoothies. Good, but not as good as pure, organic, virgin coconut oil.

Along with the eczema/psoriasis, I also have several food allergies — diary
products, nuts, and several other things. I have to read all the ingredients in
the food items from the grocery stores, also the lotions I purchase. At times
it is so annoying. But that good that that the coconut oil & milk works for
some of you.
Take care….
