old skin

Hello!
I am only 20 yrs old but my skin looks like it belongs to an old
woman already due to the visibility of wrinkles which is caused by
extreme dryness. Plus, it gets worse when it gets cold. It gets
really really itchy. I’ve been suffering from this since I was a
child and has greatly affected my esteem. Can anyone tell me what
kind of skin disease is this? And how can i cure this? Pls i
desperately neeed your help. By the way, i think this is hereditary
coz my parent also has the same type of skin. But I do believe that
there’s still a cure for this though it’s hereditary.

Thanks.

    Hi!
The first thing to determine is whether or not you have some type of congenital
skin disorder, or if you simply have nutritional deficiencies that show on your
skin. Unfortunately, I can’t see you, so I don’t know. What it sounds like to me
is classic omega deficiency and probably excess sun exposure. You may also have
candida overgrowth. If you can tell me more about your skin (fairness,
thickness, etc) and your habits (diet, tanning, excercise, hydration) I can
come up with some recommendations. Immediately I would recommend:
    1. Spirulina
    2. Hemp oil (for omegas and GLA)
    3. More water (at least half your body weight in ounces daily)
    4. Antioxidants (to slow the aging processs)
Send me more information and I will try to help.

    Hello!

Thank you for your response. Here’s more info abt my skin: yes it is
congenital(but mine is the worst case), fair color (I’m an asian), i think its
not thick.. Also , I just moved here in the US , east coast. It’s not a very
good timing though since it’s winter.

I do have a good diet , i take lots of fruits & vegetables.

Now that Im in the US my problem gets even worst. My skin gets really dry,
itchy and very rough. I do have some rashes too. it looks like my skin is being
    torn.

    THANKS!
