My eczema protocol is nearly finished, but in ther interim you can read over the
posts on the list. The main points are avoiding foods and chemicals that trigger
symptoms, getting plenty of omegas in the diet (especially 3), proper hydration
and releasing the emotional/mental issues that triggered the illness to begin
with. This will be a long process, but definitely worth your time. I will finish
up the protocol this week as I have some free time from work. It's coming!

Hi my name is Kira and my husband has eczema very SEVERLY. we have
been to different doctors and nothing seems to help so I want to try
natural remedies, so if you have ANY advice it will be greatly
appreciated. thanks!

Hello, I along with my son, have had eczema all my life (35 yrs) and I can tell
you what has worked for me... might be different for you... 1. I was allergy
tested and I try and avoid those things I am allergic too.. 2. when my skin does
flare up, I soak in sea salt baths and it seems to relief the itchyness and
heals up the open sores.. For me, if I can avoid those things that I am
allergic to makes all the difference in the world...

Many have recommend suppliments such as fish oil, vitamins, herbal
etc...However, these things can become expensive and not sure the benifits.. You
will have to be the judge of that...
