Yes, UV therapy is showing some promising results. They are special lamps you
can get access to through a physician, or, better yet, you can take regular
heliotherapy and get even better results across the board. There is a proper way
to expose yourself to the sun, and there a re a host of improper ways. The book,
The Healing Sun by Richard hobday is a great place to learn about how to use the
sun to help with healing.

Hi,
I have started UVB Narrowband and aside from reddening my skin a bit
after a weekend, it seems to be working. Does anyone have any
experience on UVB effectiveness for generalized eczema? BTW< I am in
Northern California, Bay Area.
