		<description>Hello Julie, welcome to the group...I personally have had eczema all my life and
my son (5 yrs old) has it as well... we were both allergy tested a few years
back (blood drawn) and avoiding the things you are allergic too helps alot..
2nd, if your on well water, it may be contributing to the eczema... We take sea
salt baths and this seems to help when the flare ups come.... As far as lotion,
seems like most lotions make us itch but Eucerin (sp?) works pretty well on our
hands when our fingers crack open.. I haven't tried the coconut oil but I might
look into it... We also live in Michigan and when-ever the temp drops and is
very dry inside, our skin suffers..
