In regards to rubber latex allergy, it’s is the acrylamide that

Hi everyone, i´d like to introduce myself. I´m 30yrs old and have
had eczema since childhood. My skin has always been very dry flare
ups with lots of redness, itching and wounds have come and gone
through the years. About 5years ago i was going through a

Hi,
Just joined group after browsing the msg myth web site. Been troubled with
chronic eczema most of my adult life, and have undergone numerous
consults military and civilian dermatologists. Have applied hydrocortisone
creams of various strengths and non-steroidal creams such as Protopic and
Elidel, supplemented with moisturizer creams such as Cetaphil and aveeno.
The MSG myth web site got me to thinking that foods may be the cause,
particularly foods containing glutamates (most do); still intend to pursue, but
my purpose in joining this group is it is focused on skin anomalies.
How can I best get up to speed on what this group has come up with insofar
as possible cures?
Thanks, vietvet

Hi,
I have started UVB Narrowband and aside from reddening my skin a bit
after a weekend, it seems to be working. Does anyone have any
experience on UVB effectiveness for generalized eczema? BTW< I am in
Northern California, Bay Area.
