asking for help

Asking for help and new ideas and approaches

asking for help is a very good way to get help , i read so many of the
messages here and so many people struggling away putting up with all
sorts of grief .
a lot of people just want to sound off which is fine and some want
some support too which is fine.
but when your at your wits end or at a situation which is difficult,
it makes a lot of sense to ask for some help , i feel that perhaps
through pride or ego many of you just struggle on needlessly
suffering .
so i would encourage you to ask. for new ideas, new ways, to tackle
things
so many people have new ideas, new approaches just a bit of info for
you may make an enormous difference to your l;ife

no itching

Thursday, November 3rd, 2005

after 35 yrs of suffering with psoriasis once while i was taking a bath
i notice that if i applyed hot water to a large area of skin that
itched the heat of the water took away the itching.Of course when you
are covered 98% of psoriasis all over your body you cant stay in the
water all day long. This is the good news that works on me when my flare-
ups just get to over bearing or unbearable.I simply found a easy but a
little painful{dont try this if you dare}take a blow dryer mim. of 1500
watts.Start slow about 1 foot away working toward the itching area
sweeping back and foward until the area heats up to stop the itching. It
really works. It really works! It really works?IT REALLY WORKS

Mum’s Rant. (Baby with eczema.)

Thursday, November 3rd, 2005

Hi, I a mum of a 7 month old baby boy with bad eczema.

It covers his entire body and was recently so bad on his face that
he looked like he’d been burnt. I have been under a lot of pressure
to treat him with steroids, but so far he has only had minimal
applications to his face.

I am really sick of being blackmailed by the medical profession -
forced to accept treatments and procedures for the ‘wellbeing’ of my
baby, and if I decline they say I’m causing him to suffer.

I had a lot of anti-biotics in pregnancy and after the birth against
my better judgement. A difficult birth because I was railroaded into
accepting medical intervention I didn’t want. He had his jabs too
because I was assured they were safe for him. Now I wonder which of
