UV light therapy is clinically proven to help eczema, but again, it’s only part
of the solution. Try getting full spectrum sunlight instead of just UV. It has
many more benefits. It is best to lie in the sun between sunrise and 10am to
avoid burning. Early morning sun seems to have greater benefit than sunlight at
other hours. Read "The Healing Sun" by Richard Hobday. It gives great advice on
how to properly use the suns rays for better health. You can also use color
therapy while sunbathing to enhance your results. Yellow is known to help skin
conditions and if you are very inflammed, blue has cooling properties.

My 15 year old son was diagnosed with psoriasis in Oct. and started light
treatments 3 times a week. Sometimes, it was impossible to make that much
time so we did what we could. Not only is his psoriasis better, but he’s
been taking Carlson’s Omega fish oil, skin vitamins and also sits in the
sun for periods at a time. His light treatments are down to one, maybe
two a week for a couple of months now. It is working with all in
conjunction as I didn’t want steroid use past 6 months if at all……..hope
that helps. BTW, he can now walk home from school with tank tops and
    not feel embarrassed anymore :)

Thank you Carisa! Your Wellness protocol is part of my sons control over
this condition. It took a few months, and much despair for him…..
worries from me, as he was almost at his breaking point, being 15, but now
he is more open to natural healing with not so immediate control or (cures)
as he calls them. I gave a copy of the protocol for his own reading
material so he is now willing to make use of the virgin coconut oil. He
uses this on his skin as I cook with it . He has been willing to try
everything alittle at a time, but he sees the difference and so do I, not
only physically, but mentally as well. Thanks again for all your
    help!!!!!

Wonderful! Yes, often it will take a while to see results because natural
healing often begins with a cleansing response. It will get "worse" before it
gets better. But, the healing is so much more complete and profound that it is
certainly worth the wait! Just make sure as he takes baby steps and learns to
incoporate the whole program into his life that he is getting plenty of Carlson
cod liver oil. If he’s getting regular sun exposure, switch to Carlson fish oil
to avoid overdoing the vitamin D. This is very important for people with his
condition. I wish you continued success!
