boils
I keep getting boils. Iv been to the doctor, but i have no medical
insurance so they dont do any tests, just give me antibiotics and send
me home. It would go away and it would be a month or 2 be for I got
another one. Now Im getting 2 or 3 at one time, and befor I get rid of
it, I get another one. I keep trying different things to heal them.
Iv talked to differnt friends and family memebers about why I keep
getting them, one friend says its ingrown hairs that cant get out of
my skin so it just keeps traveling through my body, others say I need
to shower more, or not to pop pimples, or black heads.
They are large hard bumps, when they get so big they get a purply,
redish color on top, when they open, green runny gooy stuff, blood,
and green ball looking things come out of them. I have one on my neck,
which is almost totally drained, I was cleaning it with hot water and
soap and I notest a long hair coming out of the botom of it. So I
graped it with my fingers to get it off. It hurt so bad and didnt come
out. so I just left it alone.
I dont know what to do to keep from getting these boils. They are very
pain ful, and driving me crazy.
Ill be honest Im not the healthyest person. Mentally or phisicaly. Iv
been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder. I didnt take care
of my self for a long time.
If anyone knows what I can do to get rid of please tell me, I will do
anything I can to keep from getting these. The quickest way the better.

I have some remedies for boils you can try. They are a classic example of how
toxicity can come out through the skin, especially during nutrient deficiency or
immune system weakness. Read over this and see if the boil remedy helps. Here’s
the bit about boils:
Vitamin C is another "super vitamin.” It is an antioxidant that is required for
at least 300 metabolic functions in the body, including tissue growth and
repair. Vitamin C protects against infection and enhances immunity and its
bioflavanoids have an antibacterial effect. Fat-soluble forms of vitamin C
stimulate collagen production in the skin when applied topically. Another
interesting fact about vitamin C is its ability to heal and prevent skin
infections. People with recurrent boils (furunculosis) may have defects in white
blood cell function that are correctable with vitamin C supplementation. A
preliminary study of people with recurrent boils and defective white blood cell
function found that 1 gram of vitamin C taken daily for four to six weeks,
resulted in normalization of white blood cell function. Ten of twelve people
receiving vitamin C became symptom-free within one month and remained so for
periods of one to three years without additional supplementation. The other two
people required long-term vitamin C supplementation to prevent recurrences.
Good sources of C are Goji berries, acerola cherries, aloe vera juice, broccoli,
Brussels sprouts, cabbage, citrus fruits, collards, kale, mango, papayas,
parsley, spinach, strawberries, sweet peppers, sweet potatoes and tomatoes. If
you decide to use a synthetic supplement, go for 1000 to 1600 mg daily and make
sure it includes the bioflavonoids. If you have diabetes, ask your doctor about
the proper dosage. .

realy when people say this i have found they dont mean it
of course you may be the exception to the rule
shoul;d you be a sincere person
or will have sat with their backs to trees to experience a
different kind of energy.
4. Ensure your diet is good raw salad once a day ideal or 5 portions
vegetables or fruit daily ensure adequate protein women 60 grams day
men around 70grams. Ensure you get adequate minerals all of them
particularly calcium and magnesium, iron in the right proportions
and combinations. See and get a decent book on nutrition like Adele

A new study published in the February 15, 2005 issue of Biological
Psychiatry shows that certain foods are better at treating
depression than antidepressant drugs. The study found that omega-3
fatty acids and foods high in a compound called uridine were able to
reduce the symptoms of depression as well as or better than three
different antidepressant drugs that were tested.
This research was conducted at the McLean Hospital, which is
affiliated with Harvard.
It’s very exciting to see this kind of study, because it shows yet
more scientific evidence for the healing effects of food as well as
the relative uselessness of prescription drugs.
Based on the results of this study, it seems silly that anyone would
continue to use antidepressant drugs to try to treat depression when
there are simple healing foods available that do a better job.
This is especially true when considering the potentially dangerous
side effects of antidepressant drugs that are now coming to light,
including increased risk of suicides, violent behavior, and other
similar acts of aggression.
Ensure adequate water intake of the order 1-2 litres per day that’s
right water. Blood sugar make sure you are not suffering low blood
sugar as this can very quickly affect your mood.
Also according to a known therapist who says that some of her
patients had food intolerance’s or reactions to certain foods which
were a significant contributory cause of depression .when certain
foods were taken out it seems immediate results were found.
So it might pay you to have a test done on the relationship of your
foods and you. It seems a great many benefits are obtained when you
cut out foods that don’t suit you.

Boils are treatable with vitamin C. Here is an excerpt from my Natural Skin Care
protocol:

Naturally, no nutrient works in a vacuum, and you need a balance of all
vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, trace elements, etc. in your daily diet for
true health and healing. The boils are just a way of your body telling you it is
time to detox and address nutrient deficicncies. I know fof several essential
oils as well as other topical things (herbal poulitces, Silver 100, clay packs,
etc) that will help heal the lesions you have now, but you really must approach
it from the inside out if you ever want them to go away and never come back. Let
me know if you would like to review my Flower of Wellness program. It’s free.
