Frustrated! Allergies?
Well I was seeing dramatic improvement in my psoriasis after my 7 day
fast and colemas. Now that I am eating again those same areas have
flared up again. I am eating about 70% fruits and veggies. I don’t eat
the nightshade family- tomatoes, potatoes, or peppers. I am wondering
if I have another food allergy. Wheat? Dairy?
Anyone have an ideas? I am so frustrated to go backwards after the
hard work of the tissue cleanse! I suppose I should be glad that I may
be able to identify another potential contributer to this maddness.
My next plan is to cut wheat for a month, starting TODAY!

Do you happen to live back east by any chance. I can refer you to a great
allergist who practices naturally. She is a NAET allergy practitioner and
also practices EFT. She can assist you to clear whatever allergies you have

How lon have these new symptoms been going on? It may be part of a
healing/cleansing response if it is recent. Are you also addressing the
emotional element? I would need to know what changes you have made to determine
where the weeping is coming from. Hopefully it will resolve soon for you.

As recomended from this site, I have tried the above and instead of just being
dry and itchy, now I am broken out, dry and itchy… Feels like I am wheeping
or oozing from the main areas that were privously just dry.. (behind knees and
in arm joints)… This wheeping is causing just about as much irration as the
dry skin was.. Also, my eye lids are now wheeping and it is causing my eye lids
to be sticky as well.. There has to be a balance to this treatment.. I am using
2 teaspoons/day…. I did not take any this morning due to the current condition
of my skin… I have tried the coconut oil and it causes my skin to break out as
well… Any suggestions?

Carisa, I had been taking the cod liver oil for about 5 days.. when my skin was
oozing, it is very itchy… I am now broken out worse in my joint area than I
was before starting the cod liver oil suppliment. I stopped taking the cod
liver oil yesterday and now my skin is getting dryer and actually I "feel" a
little more normal.. Not sure what you are referring to regarding the emotional
element? if you could explain, it would be appreciated…. Thanks..

Hi Mrs M,
My son has had all of the same symptoms at one time or another. We’ve been to
many specialists but they were no help. So I came to this website. His skin
seems to change every few days but you are totally correct about the wheat. He
has a lot of food allergies but 100% allergic to Wheat! It is hidden in a lot
of foods so be CAREFUL! I notice if he eats anything w/ wheat ( and some of the
other grains) that he is very itchy. I notice you are eating tomatoes - they
may cause some discomfort too. Have you tried putting Evening Primrose Oil
directly on the skin? I make an oil of Olive Oil, Evening Primrose Oil and
Vitamin E. That seems to sooth e the skin. But Evening Primrose works best. I
also got this idea from a fellow sufferer and it seems crazy (after all the
meds) but REALLY WORKED! Put water on 100% Cotton and lay on affected area for
as long as you can stand (which was not long for my son) and the skin seemed to
heal before my eyes. I know it may be different on
oozing skin - when he was at that stage I just wanted to cry. Good Luck and
Prayers to you Melissa.
