This sounds like: Keratosis Pilaris (KP), the &#34;chicken
skin&#34; condition characterized by rough, bumpy skin on
the back of the arms and thighs.

I have this condition also. I use LacHydrin lotion. It
helps some but the only thing that helps my red bumps
is the sun. If I have a suntan my skin is wonderful.
I would defenitely stop using Elidel, it is black
boxed!
Do some research on KP and see what you think.
