my eczema story

Hi everybody. I have been a member of this group for a couple months now, and
would like to share my story with you all. I am very thankful to have found
this group, as well as a few others on the curezone site. I just developped
eczema this year, and although it has been hard and very annoying, i am actually
now thankful to it, because i know that it has been my body’s way of trying to
tell me something, i.e. you’re dirty (toxic), clean up your act!!!

i am 25 yrs old, am in (seemingly) good health, never had allergies. at
first, i just had one little patch on my hip, and didnt really know what it was.
that went on for months, and gradually, i started getting more and more until at
one point this fall, it became quite severe. very irritated, itchy, scaling,
oozy, bleeding, and covering a good part of my body (hips, belly, lower back,
legs, arms).

i went to see doctors for other reasons twice this year, and mentionned the

eczema to them both times, and showed them. they didnt seem to know what to
say, or do. one of them just said that it was a rash caused by wearing my jeans
too tight, and the other prescribed me some kind of cortizone that didnt really
work. i always find that when i go to a conventional doctor’s they have nothing
intelligent or relevant to say, and just try to push some drugs on me…

i began to do my own research and came across curezone. Thank God! i decided
to start the protocol as outlined on curezone (colon parasite kidney and liver
cleanses). so far, im still on the colon cleanse. i also cleaned up my diet
quite a bit at first, cutting out meat, coffee, dairy, sweets, etc. but my diet
has never really been that bad (i eat well balanced meals with lots of veggies,
all organic meat, not too much sugar). i also started taking UDO’S CHOICE 3, 6,
9 OIL BLEND and DRINKING LOTS OF WATER.

i put those 2 things in caps, because i think that FOR ME, they were the real
turning points. My skin cleared right up. But then, I got lazy and started
eating meat and everything else again, and also cut the oil out. BIG MISTAKE.
My eczema got much worse again. It was really bad, I was crying in pain, could
hardly move it was so painful and itchy. I concluded I had a food allergy,
since it had gotten better the first time. So I decided this time to cut out
one thing at a time. I did. Nothing. my skin was just as bad. I started
taking the oil again, and within a week, my skid was MUCH better. I have been
taking it ever since (2 TBSP a day), eating the way I always have, and my skin
is fine.

I really think that for me, I have an essential fatty acid deficiency, and
that is the main reason for my eczema. Toxins also play a role, no doubt, and
that’s why I’m still doing the colon cleanse, and plan on finishing with the
liver cleanse after the kidney. I can’t wait to flush out all those stones!

I by no means am a spokesperson for Udo’s oil, it was the first one I tried,
and it works for me, so I would suggest it. It is made of a blend of organic
oils (flaxseed, sunflower, sesame, evening primrose, etc), and provides omegas
3, 6 and 9. That’s how I cured my eczema. I realize that everybody is
different, but I’m sure there are people out there whose eczema has the same
cause as mine. If anything changes for me and my skin, I’ll let you all know.

God bless you and keep you. Thanks for listening to my long winded story.
