help!!!!

Hello I need all the help I can get. AFTER being clean of psoriasis
for 25y i have had an outbreake. For the last 14months i have tried
what the doctor orderd but it just seems to be getting worse PLEASe
help!!

    Have you been under a lot of stress or have changed your diet/medications
    lately? Those are triggers.
