more on bleach from new member

I’ve just been catching up on all the older posts since joining
and trying to learn new information but there has been a lot of
conflicting information on bleach so I thought I would give my own
experiences. There isn’t any chlorine left in the final bleach
although it is used in the manufacture. It is bubbled into a
solution of water and sodium hydroxide. All of the chlorine is
converted to a sodium hypochlorite solution and bleach is produced–
a 5.25 percent solution of hypochlorite and water. During use about
98 percent of the bleach breaks down into salt (sodium chloride).
This information is on the clorox web site.
I’ve been using clorox bleach for about eight years since
learning about the Parcells Nutrition Center and Dr Parcells’s
methods of improving health. One of the therapeutic baths
recomended is 1 cup of regular-brand Clorox bleach (with the blue
and white label) to a tub of water as hot as can be tolerated. Stay

in the bath until the water has cooled. Do not shower for at least
four hours following the bath. She says in the book "Live Better
Longer" that this will remove toxins such as pesticides in the cells
because it is a powerful oxygenator. You’ll feel the diference in a
matter of hours. The first time I did this my skin turned red but
not any time since. I like to do this at night and then just go
straight to bed. The book also tells how to do the oxygen soak for
food by putting 1 teaspoon of clorox to 1 gallon of water and
soaking foods from 5 min. to 20 min depending on type of food then
drain and soak in fresh rinse water for 5 to 10 minutes. The
benefits of this is that fruits and veggies will keep longer and
taste so much sweeter and better and meats have a much better taste.
Eggs also lose their tendency to cause allergies. I always soak
liver, grapes and apples to remove the toxins and try to do a lot of
my other foods.
I hope I didn’t get off topic but when I saw all the posts of
everyone so afraid of clorox thinking it was the same as chlorine
(which by the way is a very hazardous chemical), I felt I needed to
respond. Especially since I used to think the same thing. Real
clorox is the bleach that needs to be used and don’t use more than
recommended. Some of the other bath soaks were with baking soda &
sea salt (1 lb each), baking soda only (2 pounds), OR 2 cups of
apple cider vinegar. They are for different things but they all
detoxify. Only one should be used per evening.
Thanks for letting me tell you some of my experiences. I’m
looking forward to reading more posts and lurking. Marjorie
