<description>I've heard good and bad things about it. Some people say they get results
while others say either nothing happened or they had a bad reaction to it.
Apparently, not everyone reacts the same to it! The one complaint I've
heard about it is that they claim you don't have to alter your diet at all,
while many candida sufferers feel that the only way to control the candida
overgrowth is to alter your diet. I have not tried it myself, but do feel
that I'm seeing improvements to my health by my altered diet.

BTW, as a follow up, I mentioned in one of my previous posts that I was
experimenting with eating a little less so that my digestive juices can
digest my food more fully. (An idea I got from Unani Tib). So far this has
given me the best results to date! I still have a ways to go, but my skin
is less red, doesn't hurt much at all now, and I can SLEEP through the night
w/o scratching myself to death! I'm not starving myself, and I do watch out
to stay away from certain foods like nightshades and too much starch. I
&lt;!--more--&gt;
have had a clean diet for some time now, so this is very encouraging to me!
In addition to eating less, I am searching for natural ways to increase my
hydrochloric acid production so that my digestion is stronger. I've also
been taking camomile tea each morning before breakfast and slippery elm tea
just before bed. Those teas are to help heal leaky gut.

Take care!

Marla

I was thinking about trying it but was wondering the same thing myself.
