<description>what product is for skin mites?

I have suffered dermatitis all my life in one form or another. I have
tried traditional treatments of steriod creams and such without long
term relief. My dermatitis is mostly on my hands, ocassionally on my

Using Sea Buckthorne soaps and salves helped a great deal.
I have recently started to use a product that is advertised for skin
mites that has nearly eradicated the dermatitis on my hands in less
than a week. My entire body feels clean and less stressed from the
itching, pain of cracking skin and dryness. The redness and contact
type flare up reaction is calmed within minutes.
Due to this experience I a starting to think a skin mite maybe part
of, if not the cause of many dermatitis conditions. I was wondering if
