I agree.
I think all the oils in the world would not make our skin look better unless
we fix the problem from within.
So far my regimen is working little by little.
I started taking a three month whole body and colon cleansing from the Pure
Body Institute.
I am also taking flax oil (Udo’s Choice), wheatgrass pills, Spirulina,
probiotic (Udo’s Choice), Vitamin E and Vitamins (Alive).
I do use coconut oil to put on my skin and so far I don’t have any bad
reaction to it. I use the oil to moisturize not really to heal it.
It seems alot to buy but I buy almost everything at Vitacost.com. You save
so much using that site.

That’s true. For my son, we use the Renew Lotion by Melaleuca and on really bad
days we use their t-36 melaleuca oil. It’s designed so it dosen’t irritate the
skin. You can find the products there at melaleuca.com
