<description>I agree that it's likely a problem inside the body, but I have found that I
have to moisturize, too. When the skin is so dry and broken, I find that it
heals better when it's moisturized. I've tried just doing diet alone, but I
ve found that I it hasn't been enough for me. I have to do both at this
point. I definitely believe it should be coupled w/a good diet. I try to
put only natural things on my skin, preferably only things I would eat like
various oils and vitamins. No more pharmaceuticals for me. I've learned my
lesson.

Hi Friends

couple of things that I have observed carrying this disease for last
4 years
&lt;!--more--&gt;
1.) oral medicine is always better than topical. if something is
wrong inside, no matter even if you put nectar on the skin... it
cannot heal.
I use the ration 70:30. Focus healing from inside than worry about
topicals and oils and those products on the shelf.
2.) Skin Dis-ease is body throwing up things on the skin telling you
that stop something you eat regularly. stop doing something which you
are doing wrong everyday..........
--- I am trying to say -
It is more of an allergy and less of lack of
nutrition................
The chances of lack of nutrition would be things more like paleness /
fatigue / stomache / black below eyes etc. but not body skin going
red and patchy.

Thats JD's 2 laws for now for you to ponder over.
will keep you posted more later
