download my freeguide , this is what i ate when i did the diet , and no its not
allot , but how badly do you want to get rid of psoriasis? give up the goodies
for a while to have a better life. or try goji juice but im not sure if that
would get rid of psoriasis alone..

    Regards and good health :)

My friend with psoriasis gets a VERY bad reaction from even a drop or
two of lemon juice in her food that last up to two weeks. She got
tested and found out she’s allergic to it. Since skin problems start
in the bowels, it is only logical that allergies are closely connected
as they also start with the immune system of which the bowels play
the largest role. Fix the bowels, fix the skin.

We got results with In-Liven but I am pretty sure I already sent you
that info some time ago. Read it again please. It really works and
there is a money back guarantee if you try it for 15 days and don’t
like it. It will also help cravings. Yes eating leaves will help
too! You have to chew them all the way to liquid though for them to
benefit your body. Eat lots of green salads and veggies, preferably
raw. Eliminate milk, meat, sugar and caffeine. You will survive and
eventually you will learn again to taste food properly. To me pizza

tastes like cardboard and gives me a stomach ache now. I eat mainly
raw foods with some cooked things like hummus and a very occasional
small piece of lightly cooked steak when my body needs it. If it’s
not organic though I get irritable. I feel great now. My skin is
clear of eczema, I have lost weight, feel more energetic and have an
improved attitude too without all that toxic sludge I was eating!

I think "part" of the problem w/fruits is the high sugar content. And for
me, the same "seems" to hold true for veggies w/high sugar content like
carrot and beets. I used to juice literally tons of carrots due to another
illness I was trying to overcome (which I was able to, BTW!), but my skin
problems seemed to have gotten "worse" when I became a strict vegan w/lots
and lots of veggie juice (I used to juice up to 25lbs. of carrots a week for
two years). I switched to juicing mostly greens after a while, but my skin
remained a mess. I am seeing progress now, but my diet is completely
different from before where now I eat w/organic meats (including red meats),
"quality" fats, mostly low carb veggies, some nuts, and a "little" fruit.
Sugar and whole wheat seem to cause skin reactions in me, but has become
less since my skin seems to be on a mending streak at the moment.

Pagano’s book also mentioned that nightshades are bad news for psoriatics.
From my experience, I think he’s right. So, I have been staying away from

potatoes, eggplants, peppers, etc. Which is a shame cuz I love the stuff.
But I do noticeably break out w/those. On occasion, I can slip in a "little
tomato and seem to do ok, but not a lot. I’m also finding that yams are ok
with me. I pretty much only drink bottled water and some hot teas like
chamomile and slippery elm. No sodas or any of those commercial drinks.
That includes, no fruit drinks like Goji juice–too much sugar. I seem to
react negatively to the dried goji berries, too. I don’t do well on any
dried fruits except the tiny pieces of dried apple is some organic trail
mixes which I don’t eat much of anyway.

It’s a lot of work this business of getting rid of skin woes! For me there
has been no quick fix products of either MLM products of conventional
medical drugs. But I’m happy to report that I really think I’m on a mending
route! My skin is much more comfortable now and tons less itchy than this
time last year! I can actually sleep a full night! And my face doesn’t
look like leather anymore! Whew! Was that ever painful and unsightly.

    Okay, enough yakking! Take care,

    Marla
