Although this is considered Email-Spam, I use Seventh Generation products
and they are good. I like their Baby Laundry Detergent and their "Free and
Clear" laundry Detergent since I have sensitive skin. I also like their
spray cleaners for household cleaning. I’ve tried "Citra-Suds" laundry
detergent but I think the citrus-y fragrance is bad for my skin. It still
cleans well, though.
I would NOT recommend and store brand liquid Fabric Softener as it is put in
the rinse cycle and leaves a coating on your clothes. I just use "ALL Free
and Clear" Fabric Softener Dryer Sheets. They leave no scent. I am thinking
about trying the Seventh Generation Liquid Fabric Softener but just using a
small amount.

Actually I really like 7th Gen’s household cleaning stuff and have been using it
for years. They’re very good at producing cleansers that degrade well in the
environment.
I try to avoid any clothing detergents with a fragrance . It’s tough, tho’. I
haven’t had a problem with 7th generation in the past, but I haven’t bought it
in a long time, so I’m not sure.

Alison,
spam means unsolicited advertisment. The promotion of any product
that helps group members can’t be spam! Everyone on this list is
looking for information to help their skin condition and since using
non-toxic cleaners is to the entire world’s benefit your post isn’t
spam. Thanks for the tips!

Alison, I have never used their products, but I can tell by the ingredients and
the amount of work they have put into their website that 7th Generation is fully
conscious of their environmental responsibilities. I am going to order some of
their household cleaning products right away to try. Someone told me about them,
but I had forgotten about it until their website turned up in a search I did.
What I find most fascinating is how much FREE information they generously
distribute. There is a wonderful Toxins in Your Home PDF file that is so
professionally done and has so much good information regarding dangerous
ingredients to be on the lookout for. I am linking my website to theirs. They do
good work.
