New to Group- Psoriasis Suffer

Hi all I am a suffer of Psoriasis and have been for about 6 years now
with NO let up ever- it is itchy, painful and ugly. I do not wear
shorts or short skirts as my knees seem to be the number one thing
people need to stare at or ask about in a derogatory way. I dread
going out in public in short sleeve shirts but since I live in Texas I
have to wear them. I have tried various Drs and thier various drugs-
nothing really works for me. I would love to hear some of what has
worked for others.

    I tried Embrel and it really worked for me. From 90% coverage, I’m down to
    10% . No more swelling or pain!
    No side effects either!

    Is Embrel a prescription drug or can it be bought over the counter?
